The 2 female employees who helped me were both very helpful, friendly, accommodating and patient. Their customer service was excellent!! Although, even though the the 2 items that I purchased were both on sale, I still spent more than I had planned to. 😞

The worker Lesly was amazing! I needed to get new bras and she did a great job fitting me and helping me find the right size and style. Lesly was fantastic and super helpful! Love my soma bras!

The shopping experience itself was great. Very clean store, very friendly associates. This was my first time being professionally fitted for bras and it was a very comfortable process. Here's my issue; for the amount of money spent, the quality of the merchandise is subpar. These bras started falling apart literally 8 months after purchase. 3 of 5 bras I bought did this. Same with the lace on the thongs. That was my first time shopping with Soma and it'll definitely be the last. I expect this quality from a Walmart or Target, but a boutique where I dropped $500? No way. Unacceptable.

The sales associate's Bernie and Keira, made an experience I was truly dreading, wonderful and relaxing. I have been fitted twice and purchased very expensive bra's that fit lousy and wore out quickly. I was FINALLY measured correctly and the bras Bernie bought me to try on were all beautiful fits. She was patient, listened to my needs and assisted me with a smile and sincere spirit. After I made my selections I asked about the afterpay in store payment which I have never used but Keira was patient at the register and with her help and Bernie's I was able to make a larger purchase than I planned. I would like to thank them both by recognizing them in this review. Soma's Oak Brook Ilinois store has Beautiful products and because of these two associates a very welcoming and calming shopping experience.

Olimpia at SOMA Oak Brook Center is super nice. I bought several bras online for the first time with SOMA, and I was not sure whether they were the perfect fit. I brought my purchased bras to the SOMA Oak Brook Center, and Olimpia checked every single bra on me and gave me some tips on how to wear and care for them. I learned that I have worn and cared for bras the wrong way for my whole life, and I am so glad I decided to visit the store. I highly recommend to visit this store if you need professional's help.

The women here are so very helpful and amazing at finding you the right fitting bra. Sometimes it takes hours to find the perfect match, but they are committed to doing so. The women here are very accommodating and helpful when it comes to certain styles working or not for the individual. Highly recommend this location, as I had bad fittings at other locations. They actually took back the ill fitting bras and applied the money towards the new purchases.

I bought two bras here. In the store the fit was perfect I wore one for a week and I think it's too big. I'm on the last hook and there still room to fit a little tighter.

Absolutely a waste of time.The customer service there is beyond poor. I walked in, got helped getting around 5 items. I wait inline to purchase and another lady is returning what seems like a dozen items! The lady started a long conversation with her, and about 6 mins later she walks over to take her measurements!! Does not even acknowledge the fact that someone else is trying to make a purchase! I asked her if there is someone else who can check me me out and without looking at me she says no! Everyone is busy.Then she takes another lady and checks her out in front of me!! Even though i was in line! When i ask why she says she was in the middle of a transaction!!Total lie! The other lady walked in after me to the store and went to try on while I was in line!Way to lose a customer.This is on July 4th at 4:30 pm
