I was asking one of the workers a question just as she was stepping on the escalator. She was unable to respond or address me since she was already heading up, but she made sure to radio someone else that we needed assistance. And the other person came to help! “These clothes are such good quality and such soft Fabrics. I bought a bunch of pieces in the WearEver collection for work and this is the most comfortable I am probably ever going to be. “This place always has some nice shoes you can score at low prices. The clothing also has discounts running, so I guess for less money you could buy some more Nike goodies. Employees are nice and courteous. The store is clean and I must admit well organized even when it is busy.”
“Oakbrook Evereve has the best stylists, they are all super friendly and approachable! I had the pleasure of working with Dana. I have recently lost weight and been styled by her 2x now. She always remembers my name, asks about kids and remembers the styles I like and my sizes. I am so impressed by her friendly demeanor, trendiness and knowledge of what will look good on my body type. She has not only educated me on trends and what works best for my body type with jeans etc but she makes me feel good about myself! I walk out feeling confident and good in my skin! “Gotta say 3 years ago my experoebce was a,bit weird but today was a,good day, awesome sales associate helped me within seconds of entering very, a very friendly hello, and professionalism. I was given a variety of crossbody man bags to look at, and I finally decided on my favorite one he promptly packaged my beautiful product into the dust bag and boxed it up and even threw in some free mens fragrances! “I was sold shoes by a shoe salesman. As I looked for a pair of loafers to replace my current J&M discontinued model I was approached by Ron the salesman- manager of the Oak Brook location. I showed him a shoe I was considering. He asked me several questions of what activity I was going to be doing in these shoes. I was taken back a bit.
I’m not new to buying shoes. He seemed sincere and really wanted to know.
He explained how shoe construction for someone with my build- 6’2” 235 LB would find comfort in certain shoes builds- all loafers which I wanted to buy.
We had a conversation about several topics while I made my decision. Ron could sell ice in Alaska. We talked about everything from shoes to the white Sox to to Don Rickels to his 6 grand children. Not sure how he has 6 grand children as he looks about 50 but claims he’s 61. I tried on 6 pairs of shoes. I purchased 2 pairs. Who said customer service is a lost art?
