Not worth your time. Everything here is damaged, out of style and still too expensive. Most of the things in the store I wouldn't purchase for 90% off. For 2000-3000 I'm surprised they sell anything.The only redeeming thing they had was some nice quality wool rugs. They are still very expensive but good quality and style.

An amazing selection and layout of furniture and interiors. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and there are examples of most materials for their items. They have a separate section in the back for discounted items as well.

Disappointing. Went for a desk chair. They all seemed uncomfortable or difficult to operate. No one bothered to help me and the store was empty. I left

Unparalleled service! I've purchased almost my entire household furniture from Room and Board, either from the outlet or the regular store. If I've ever had a problem or needed service on a piece (which is rare) I've always received prompt service with expert knowledge. By far the best service I've had from any company, hands down, and it's what keeps me coming back time and time again!

My husband and I were looking for new furniture for our outdoor space, and after a poor experience at Arhaus, we became aware of Room & Board from a few friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We worked with Jean, who was so attentive to e-mail, and when we came for our design consult, she had several ideas for us to review and never pressured us with an upsell of products. She was very mindful of our budget, and helped us build out a beautiful patio.Will definitely return for our next furniture needs!

Love the furniture designs here at Room & Board. Some are so unique. Just always have a bit of sticker shock.We were looking for an industrial wood and metal ladder shelving unit.There were a few offerings but none that met our needs plus just too high priced.

We have been working with Jean Foley on building out our patio furniture, and it has been a great experience! I leveraging the free design consultation option, was easily able to upload our plans so Jean could prepare some recommendations, and knocked out all selections within the hour session. Jean was not pushy at all, and she was very mindful of our budget, which made us feel at ease and trusting of the Room and Board team. I'd highly recommend coming to Room and Board for your furniture needs! We'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent service, which led to a purchase. Very helpful. Tony was able to show me the layout of my room and furniture and show me fabrics that fit my style. I know the quality is good because we have purchased before. Very excited about our new furniture from them.
