It’s always SUCH a pleasure coming to this store. My kids can spend hours playing here (they love it!!!!) and I love to explore the furniture, toys, and decor while they play. Truly a special place with wonderful people working here. A staple at Kierland!! We love visiting every time we’re in the area. We have bought all our nursery and kids furniture here and will continue to do so. Quality and we love that it’s green guard certified.

Very disappointed in the manner my item was packaged & shipped. I spent $160 on 1 quilt for a crib. It was thrown into a mailer bag & sent off. I expected it to be boxed unwrapped as all the items I've previously purchased from this company. I reached out to them & was told they could not send me a box & they ship things that way to save on shipping cost. That is ridiculous because I paid the shipping costs. If I wanted that kind of service I'd have purchased a cheap one from Amazon. Not a good look Pottery Barn!

Staff here, specifically David, went above and beyond helping me find an old SKU and what other stores had that piece in stock to extend the life of our pottery barn kids crib. Nicer and more helpful than the actual pottery barn customer service line. Thanks again David!

We ordered a nursing chair in December. It was supposed to arrive on Jan 30th. It then got delayed till Feb 10th, and now till Mar 11th (supposedly, we'll see!).But our baby's already been around for a while, each week the value of this purchase decreases as my wife will stop breastfeeding in a year or so.I called Pottery Barn Kids to see if they can do something about it. To their credit, I didn't have to wait at all to talk to someone. I was (I hope!) civil and polite. But then* I got no apology whatsoever.* No offer to reimburse us in any way for the lost value.* No way to speed up the process.* When I suggested I'd file a complaint with BBB and the state attorney, I got a rude "You can't file a complaint unless you cancel the order, so do you want to cancel now?". No I don't want to cancel, I want my wife to be able to comfortably feed the baby asap.* Excuse 1: can't speed it up because the Suez Canal is delaying shipment. Guess what -- in my own life, when I owe something to someone I need to pay whether the Suez Canal is closed or not. The banks won't care, the landlords won't care, the IRS won't care.* Excuse 2: can't provide a temporary replacement because the Suez Canal is delaying things so their warehouses are empty. If they actually wanted to help, they'd find replacements somewhere.* Excuse 3: can't give me my money back until we get the chair, because they "didn't actually get the money, it's just a hold placed on it by a bank until we get the chair". Well guess what, I still cannot use that money, and I still don't have chair.Will not be buying pottery barn anymore. I'll be filing a complaint with BBB and

Purchased a Minecraft Backpack for my son at back to school time 2023. Backpack buckle breaks Nov 2023- Not even half way through the school year. I call customer service- send photos of broken buckle and they tell me to eat crow. Really? Ok then- Off to LLBean I go. Never again.

Rachel at Oakbrook pottery barn was very helpful and patient, while trying to help us answer all of our NUNA carseat/stroller questions and concerns. Wife and I would definitely recommend her assistance. ?

Pottery Barn Kids seems to be locked in a ceaseless battle against efficiency and customer satisfaction. For starters, my order is slated to arrive a staggering three months later than initially promised. This isn't a minor delay, it's an absurdly long wait time that showcases a glaring lack of respect for customers' time and needs. Even the company's promised split shipping has turned into a farce, with an email confirmation that's worth about as much as the paper it isn't printed on. The cherry on this disaster sundae is their customer support: a ghost ship drifting in the sea of customer complaints without offering any tangible help. As of now, my recommendation for anyone considering Pottery Barn Kids is to seriously reconsider. Save yourself the disappointment and hassle.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Went in to purchase a stroller. They messed up the order and ordered the wrong color even though I specifically told the guy which color I wanted, and then they input the wrong email. I had to call everyday for a week to try to cancel the order to find out they couldn't. Then I received the stroller and had to wait an hour at the store just to return the item because the whole order was messed up. Still haven't received my refund and have no confirmation of anything since they can't change the wrong email they used. However, the guy who works at this pottery barn called to check if I received the stroller and want to purchase the correct one through him. I think not. So incompetent. This place needs to do better for how much they charge. I'm very disappointed.Update: returned stroller on 6/17 and it is 6/26 and still have not received my money back on my credit card.

Went in there to buy the Charlie crib. Went to checkout. Only option is $280 white glove delivery. I had already checked the delivery reviews. I said no, I would just like to purchase it and drive it home. They said no can do. Lost my business and I'm sure countless others.

The customer service on orders is something that needs to be worked on immensely. We ordered our furniture in January with an estimated delivery of April 3rd. That date came and gone without a phone call to me or email. I called and had to wait 7-10 business days for their vendor to respond back to them. They relayed that the chair would be with them on April 19th. No call from them, so I called back. They state they have no way of contacting their vendor, so we are forced to wait another 7-10 business days. They do not take accountability and place all issues on their vendor.

I love all of pottery barn teens items. That is why I placed an order back on Feb 5th. From Feb 5th-March 24th I was told that my rug was in back order but that it was still in stock and I would be receiving.Within that timeframe, I was charged 3 times for the rug that I never received. Also, the rug is no longer available. They have refunded me for one of the charges but I have not received the other 2 yet, I have been on the phone with them every other day.You would think they would do something since I waited all of the time? Maybe some type of discount for the next rug? Well after talking to a few people they said the best they could do is a 5% discount. Very disappointed in this store and their customer service.

I placed an order online for pick up. Not realizing they open at 10am, I showed up at 9am, Tera, was so kind to help me out and let me pick up my order. I needed this gift really badly and she saved the party !! Thank you for going above and beyond.
