New year, new you? About 12 percent of gym membership sales start in January but just a few weeks later those memberships are canceled. I bought a Peloton for a family member but they hardly used it. I vowed that I, who had never taken a spin class and didn't like to ride a bike, that I would use it. I am now in the midst of a 338-week streak with Peloton. More than just a well engineered piece of equipment, Peloton has a strong and supportive community, excellent instructors, an enormous library of content, and has also introduced me to strength, stretching, meditation, Pilates and yoga as well. My Peloton was a great investment. Purchase and delivery was from this location (a while back) and it was easy. I haven't had any malfunctions or repairs and updates are pretty seamless. If your gym is in your home you don't have any excuses not to work out. The content is always there and you could take classes for years and not ever repeat (or conversely you could take the same classes over and over too).

Very disappointed about the customer service at this location. My daughter has a Peloton and highly recommended that I get one. I stopped in this last Saturday ready to buy, but changed my mind once I felt the complete disregard from the two female employees there. Neither took the initiative to promote their product. I asked questions to which they responded with very little enthusiasm and very short responses.

Great staff at this location. Always ready and willing to help! They also have a dressing room (fun fact!) it’s hidden.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location and Ken, the salesman. I’ve been on a streak since April, but today I left my office without riding. My options were to forget about it and ruin my consistent hard work and dedication, drive 40 minutes back to the office and ride, or look for the nearest showroom. I called the Oak Brook location, spoke with Ken and he told me I could come in and ride. When I arrived he was warm, nice, and very accommodating. This meant a lot to me after a rough couple of days. Ken allowed me to try the newest model bike, gave me shoes and headphones to use. I’m so glad I went because not only did I get my 30 minutes in, but I rode my personal best. When I was finished Ken said Peloton loves when customers come in and thanked me for coming in to ride. I left with a few promotional items and felt like a valuable customer and part of the Peloton family. Thank you Ken for your genuine kindness and excellent customer service.

Kevin literally took a half a payment then told me I needed to wait 5 days to get my money back they have no idea what to do about taking payments at this place. Horrible literally he said he would call me back and has not. I had to call them to get my money back and file a dispute and Kevin is playing stupid like the transaction didn’t go through and has no power to even see if it went through or not.

Furious!!! I bought my wife a Peloton Bike the fully loaded package for Mother’s Day. When I got the bike delivered she didn’t like the shoes. I got her different ones. The guy who sold me the bike I believe his name was Conner was very nice. However, I asked about returning them. He stated it didn’t show the bike was delivered yet, and to call customer service. I’ve tried now for two days which would have fallen on the 30th day. I was on hold and transferred 7x!!! Tried the useless chat feature. I was refused a manager twice. I want to simply return the heart monitor and shoes they’ve never even been used the heart rate monitor is still in the box! I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy their stuff they don’t help you or support their paying customers. Going to write BBB and request to send all of it back at this point as well as pepper the internet telling my story of their horrible customer service!
