Highly recommend, very nice people. I went there for my haircut & hair treatment. Julie did a really good job with my haircut, i love it. She was really nice and very friendly. Definitely I'll be back to this place. Finally, found a salon that has a great service & treat everyone the same.

I have been getting a no chip manicure every 3 weeks for years by Kari Ann. She takes a lot of time to manicure my nails and doesn't use any type of mechanical filer to take off old polish. She wraps them in tin foil with remover on the nail. I have very thin nails and she is very helpful in keeping them healthy. The no-chip usually lasts 2-1/2 to 3 weeks. Worth the extra money for a great manicure.

I booked Alex Repika and Gianna Grollo for my wedding on 9/25/22. Alex and Gianna were the best decision for wedding day hair! 11/10! They were extremely professional, showing up early with every tool for every hair type. They made my bridal party look incredible by styling different lengths and textures of hair into a beautiful, glam, and uniform look. Plus - they’re fun! They were laughing and vibing with the group like they were in the wedding with us. Book Gianna Grollo and book Alex Repika for the best wedding hair!I also use Gianna Grollo for my regular hair color/ cut/ treatments and she is just the best! I feel so comfortable in her chair and no matter what color I request - I leave looking beautiful.

It took me a while to find the right salon with a trustworthy individual to take care of my hair, but I finally found one! I have been all over and pretty much been to every salon in the area, but none of them left satisfactory results for my hair. After experiencing various styles of salons for maintaining my hair, I deemed that One Salon and Spa is an impeccable option that I recommend to all! The setting was so welcoming, the ladies at the front desk are so incredibly sweet, offering us beverages and a place to hang our coats. I sat down on the plush, comfortable couch feeling at home instantly. However, we were waiting for less than five minutes, and although I was nervous to leave the warmth of the reception area, I was optimistic of a new chapter of haircare. There she was, the hairdresser - Nicole, who would be changing my perspective on haircare forever. All I saw was a bright smile and a soothing voice which eased all the nerves I didn't know I had. Before I sat down in the chair, Nicole made sure to accommodate to all of my needs. I am a hijabi, which means that I wear a scarf around my head to cover my hair from outside-world males, and getting a haircut interferes with that purpose. Nicole was so thoughtful and considerate of my religion, putting up a barrier to shield my hair from any eyes other than hers. After a session of washing, snipping, and drying I looked in the mirror cautiously optimistic. My jaw literally dropped. My hair was stunning, I looked like a movie star! I have been going to Nicole for almost five years now and I have never been disappointed once. One time, I actually cut my own hair - butchered it really - but Nicole managed to fix it and do even more - I looked so chic after. Nicole is the sweetest, kindest, most amazing person ever and with her talent, I will recommend her forever!

I had a Wedding at Drury Lane, this place came highly recommended. Set up an appointment for an Up-do and makeup. My hair never looked this good. Gianna did a great job! I received many compliments. My makeup was done the first time by Kristen, an esthetician. I was not happy with it. I asked for smokey eye, she spoke of my eyebrows, and what I needed to do to them. I told her, I was happy with my eyebrows, and their natural shape. I asked her if she could place on magnetic eyelash strips, and she said no. That they wouldn't stay on. I told her I would happily pay for whatever, so then she asked Kelsey who was applying makeup on someone else, if lashes would work on me. I should have stopped the service there. Why are you asking someone else, if you are doing the service? When she told me to put my own lipstick on, because she didn't want to mess up. That's when I knew... Anyway. She was done. I looked in the mirror, and was like ok, thanks. I looked homely. It did not look like I was going to an evening wedding When I got into my car, and looked in the mirror. I was like, "Oh no!". I'll just fix it myself. Then realized, I paid for this service and it wasn't cheap. I called the salon and spoke with Ron, the owner. He was extremely polite and I voiced my concern. He offered to have Kelsey enhance my color. She did a wonderful job. I was happier when I left the second time. I would recommend Kelsey for makeup applications. And for Kristen, I would politely ask her, to stay in her lane. Overall, this place was great. A bunch of stylists next to Gianna's station were extremely nice, and fun to chitchat with. Customer service was spot on, except for what happened, and the front desk not knowing some service providers names. Photos included, back of my hair. The first attempt of makeup, and then the revised.
