My husband and I have worked with Michelle for several years. I loved her honesty when trying on glasses. She never tried to sell us anything she didn't think looked good on our faces. In other words, she didn't sell to sell. She wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchases. When I returned to have my prescription glasses adjusted and tightened to fit my face, she was meticulous and patient, especially since it took a few adjustments to get it to my comfort level. I'm very happy with the quality of the glasses and the professionalism of the staff. Again, a big shout out to Michelle, who I would recommend to anyone serious about their glasses, and also thank you to Kiki and Chris too.

Great Service! I wanted to get new lenses in my glasses and I live hours away from this location and Kiki helped me through the whole process, including sending multiple pictures, walked me through all my options and overnighted the glasses for me. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!!!

The service is ok, and the style looks good, but the quality of glasses is TERRIBLE.... If you are rich and only want to wear a pair of glasses for several months then go for it. I have never experienced such bad quality before, and the frame breaks down very soon. It definitely doesn't worth the price, and please choose a different brand if possible.

I have many Oliver Peoples glasses. The quality is great. The styling is beautiful. The staff are expert. I have prescription glasses (sun glasses and clear). The team is outstanding.
