Had a 401k with a former employer and it has been so difficult getting access to my funds. It has been 7+ years and still no access. I have not been able to access my account via their website, phone calls have been no use, they sent me a paper form I could fill out but it requires account information from their website and then they changed company names to Inspira so that's another curveball. Inspira's website does not let me access my account either it send me in an endless loop. After all this too I'm sure my balance is close to zero as they charge fees to "manage/maintain" your account. That's totally backwards as they have your money are investing it elsewhere and profiting of you. I'm on hold currently again.

A warning to employers - don't use this company to roll over your ex-employees retirement fund, unless you really don't care about their well being. As others have stated, they are a nightmare to deal with, they are not user-friendly, and they clearly don't care.

This is the BIGGEST SCAM.
They legally rob you blind with fees. My employer moved my account when I separated from them. And it has being a challenge trying to get my money back into my new account 401K.

Terrible. I'm still dealing with them. I've rolled over many 401K plans but this company is the most painful experience that I've had. I've been working on a rollover since February. They supposedly mailed me a check that was supposed to be rolled over to my new retirement institution. I never received a check and there is no reason why Millennium Trust should be mailing me a check that should have been mailed to the new retirement institution. Why do I have to be the middle person? Now they want to charge me a $30 stop payment fee so that they can cancel the check and mail me a new one. I really want to be done with this company. I never authorized to do business with this company in the first place.

Trying to switch money from my retirement to my bank account, you can't do it unless you "bank with a major bank such as wells Fargo for security purposes" but they will mail a check to any old address or pay 30 dollars to send it fed ex like FedEx doesn't lose packaged and deliver to the incorrect address as well. Feels predatory and I'm cashing my accounts out and finding a new company to invest with.

Fraud company. Trying to roll over funds and apparently "information doesn't match our records".

A hassle to rollover your own 401K account. Please stay away from this company.

Bad company with below average, but not horrible customer service.
This company should not exist. I feel that companies get paid to screw over former employees by moving the plan here.
Their rates are often triple of other companies (well, mine was). You probably had a big company that shifted your 401k here. Get it out.
Edit: now it's inspira not millennium because of its horrible reputation

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They hold over $250k in my SEP IRA and I have been trying to transfer the cash portion to Schwab. It has been a month long process of headaches and deception by Millennium/Inspira. Most recently, they day after they said funds would be wired they sent an email saying I have to pay a $30 wire fee and they can't wire the funds until it is received (even though I have still would have $150k in my Millennium account after the wire). I immediately called and gave them my credit card information and waited three more days. No money, called again today, and they said it takes a week to process the credit card fee and it wont be processed until Tuesday. I told them if I go to Macys, the credit card is processed immediately. Their response was, "we are not Macy's." This company came up with excuse after excuse to not send me my cash wire of over $115,000. If I don't get it in two more days, I am calling the SEC and my local congressman. This is starting to smell like a SCAM business. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR ACCOUNT

Currently still on hold 30 mins and counting after being transferred multiple times and given a "Direct number". nobody can find my account with my SSN thank goodness I have saved statements otherwise I would think I didn't have money that was transferred to them. Based on the reviews I am not the only one having problems with their account. I cannot wait to get my money out if they every find it. Also we were never notified that the company was changing names or transitioning to a new platform.

My 401(k) was moved to this company two years ago and I still haven't seen my money but they keep charging me $30 every year. I keep sending documents so I can pre-pay my money and roll over to a different company. I keep having issues with them
My 401(k) was moved to this company two years ago and I still don't see my money, but they continue to charge me $30 each year. I keep sending documents so I can reserve my money and transfer it to another company. I still have problems with them

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is absolutely terrible with customer service. I called and waited over 30 mins. Tried to figure out my balance for my 1099 was told 2 different amounts. Then I was accused by the rep for calling him a lair and he cussed at me and hung up on me. I need to find the higher up. Because I was respectful and nice and I will not be talked to that way.
