Don't deal with these jokers - highly inefficient and a complete wast of time and effort. I have signed official documents and attempted to place money transfers at least 5 times via customer service - while waiting on hold for 1+ hour at a time. They have yet to process the account correctly.

Poor business practices! One of their Financial Advisors disguised herself as a potential client to meet with our owner and then attempted to sell him 401(k) options. How are we suppose to trust you with our money when you are dishonest from the start with us? Thanks for wasting our time!
