My experience with McAdams was compeltely awful. I contacted them via email on 12/22 regarding some carbon copy slips I needed done. They responded asking for the info on the slips. I sent them all the info they asked for, and I hadn't heard back. I contacted them a couple weeks later asking for status and they said COVID affected their business and things were going slow there. I can sympathize with the COVID issue but they could have at least sent me a quick note letting me know about the issues. They said they were ready to place my order and gave me a price, so I asked them to go ahead and place the order, this was on 1/6. I got no reply or confirmation from them. I emailed them on 1/27 to ask for a status and they were very short with me and said just send them over the information on what slips I needed and they would place the order, ie they were asking for the exact info i sent them for my forms the last week of December. I responded back correcting them saying I sent them all this a month ago and asked them to confirm that they can still place this order. Never got a response from them at all. Clearly they either lost or ignored my order, and instead of admitting this to me they just decided to not respond at all hoping the situation would just go away or something. This is horrible customer service, horrible communication, and I would advise anyone considering using this place to reconsider.
