I have nothing but good things to say about Maya. I went into the store after running out of my usual fall/winter perfume, seeking something new. I'd seen good things about Lush fragrances on social media, so figured I'd give them a try while picking something else up at the mall. Maya met me by the fragrance section and walked me through a bunch of different scents. She was super knowledgeable about the different notes and even helped me layer a few scents until we found The One (Lord of Misrule layered with Vanillary, in case anyone is also searching for their new winter go to). Aside from that, this Lush is just one of the best locations. The staff are always super kind, friendly, and know their stuff. Thanks, Maya!

I had an amazing experience at this location maya and Julia were super amazing helped me find a substitute for a massage bar that I like way more then my original one were super helpful even allowed me to try new products !

Love lush, but the workers here are way too aggressive. You shouldn't bombard a customer the moment they walk in, forcing the customer to have a conversation with you, and angrily storm off because said customer is just trying to buy some products and not trying to tell you about their day lol. Weird energy at this location. Also, I know it's a lyric but the sign outside the store that says "can you match my freak" during the Diddy scandal is...an odd choice. Love lush but will probably be skipping this location moving forward.

I had the best instore experience with Hayley! Hayley is not only super knowledgeable, but very kind and approachable. They had awesome recommendations as well as good tips for products to watch for that I’d be interested in. Institutional knowledge goes a long way at lush when you can chat about the scents from the past, and they got it! Big shoutout to the Oak Brook store for being a great little excursion from the city before a dinner!

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Maria, one of the staff members. She was extremely sweet, helpful, and the service she provided was amazing. Very satisfied with my experience today!!!

I went this location and manager Lilly gave me the absolute best customer service! Even though it was busy she was super helpful in finding products that were right for me. She was very knowledgeable and wonderful attitude! 5 stars!! Excited to try out some new products!

Went today on a busy day (Mother’s Day)- Bhumi and Melissa were so helpful and kind. This is now my favorite Lush location in the suburbs of Chicago. They even gave us free samples. They were very knowledgeable of all the products. Thanks for making our experience fun and for being so nice and helpful!!!!!

I went in for one item and walked away with 10. Julia was extremely helpful and very insightful to my preference of scents. The other greeters in the store were just as friendly. It was a pleseant experience with Customer service at it's finest!

Wonderful store, especially because of the staff. I shopped there today with my 6 year old daughter and we were helped by a sales associate named Julia. Julia was the most kind and beautiful soul I’ve met at a store. She was so sweet to my daughter and even let her test how the bath bombs worked in the sink . She explained the different products and even gave us free samples. Kudos to Julia for making my little one’s day! We only bought one item today but we’ll be back on my daughter’s birthday and hopefully Julia can help us again.

I had a great experience at this location. Lily was able to help me find a lotion that was moisturizing. She also helped me find a soap that was similar in scent to 'Snow Fairy'. Lily was such a sweetheart and made my day.

The two ladies working here on the night of 2/19 were knowledgeable and provided good info about products, but what made my wife and I feel so uneasy at this store was the constant side eye we were getting frm them just bc my wife asked for 2 samples. It was her birthday and we were about to buy some soap and face mask but that experience immediately put us in a very “off” mood and we wanted to leave the store as quickly as possible. To staff workers: if you dont wanna give a sample, don’t. Nobody is pushing you to do so and I can live without 0.02 ounces of nothing. Just don’t stand in corners giving customers side eyes and gossip about them. I wont be coming back to this store.

This is one of my favorite Lush Stores. It is SO open. I feel like you're able to look at things a little easier since there is more space as well! The lush experts are so sweet too ?
