This location has lost my business. The manager was rude and had zero efffort in helping any customers! Customer pay for the expensive price for the warranty if they rip/break they would replace. Second item I have tried to warranty/get fixed or repaired and they refuse to. Wish to have corporate contact me! Never again!

I had a GREAT experience at the Oak Brook location! Isabella and Evan were AMAZING! They were friendly, helpful and really personable. They made my shopping experience soooo much fun! The store manager, Kiera, was also very kind and helpful! ON top of all that...the space is beautiful. The displays were so nice!

The employees at this location are FOUL! My sister was simply looking for a pair of pants- (knows her exact size) and proceeded to grab a pair in her size… She then was DISGUSTINGLY body shamed by a woman (with a short black bob) that handed her a pair of pants that were 2 sizes larger and told her “i think this size would fit you better I’ll put the other ones back for you” and snatched them out of my sisters hands. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I will be telling everyone i know about this experience and we will no longer give lululemon any more business. Lululemon, do better!! Stop hiring disgusting body shamers!

Extremely rude staff! Terrible management problems, all employees seem to be trained differently. Once they moved locations, I expected more, however I and many others have gotten worse. They no longer have my business. Being rude and honestly mean to my own family right in front of me talking about our body image in a negative way. Very disappointing.

I will start off by saying that I used to work at lululemon Oakbrook back in 2014 so when walking into this new, gorgeous store, I had high expectations. I was soooo let down. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't asked once if I needed help (at one point I was at the pants wall for maybe 2-3 minutes looking at all the options as it's been a while since I've been inside a store, and the girl in that section walked AROUND me multiple times to grab pants to refold but didn't acknowledge me in the slightest), the dressing rooms were disgusting (dust bunnies everywhere, trash on the floor) and the girl who rang me up at cash was extremely rude and dismissive; back in the day, when someone told us they were in our R&D program (now Seat Collective), we would get excited, ask them where they taught etc, this girl literally couldn't care less, she didn't even make eye contact with me. The store was so disorganized, messy and cluttered (the cash line made me feel like I was at the checkout line in H&M- i.e. cubbies stuffed FULL of belt bags, way too many hats hanging off the hooks etc.) and I couldn't really understand why the store was in such disarray as there were like 20 people working. If it had been my first time in a lululemon, I would never want to come back and honestly, I still may never. Idk what's happened to the care and attention that used to go into working there but it's really sad. I have never wanted to get in and out of a store so quickly.

The manager needs to be fired. Lacks any customer service training and is beyond disrespectful! Will be reporting
