We visited the Lucky’s at Oakbrook Mall to get pants for my husband. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered options for him which worked well. Our visit was enjoyable; the clothing is comfortable and reasonably priced…we will be back.

I walked in to do a return with my items in my hand and the only sales representative was there she looked at me and she was on the phone. She didn’t say hi to me, and I stood at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge me while she was on the phone. I’m not sure if this is how she treats all customers but regardless if I am returning clothes or not she should acknowledge customers and offer them assistance. Once she got off the phone she never said that she was sorry for the wait or for her being on the phone. Absolutely poor customer service. I used to work at J Crew and we never treated people like that. I do not recommend shopping there. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Awful customer service. When I walked in very friendly. When I said I had return, not so friendly. Yuk. How awful to treat customers so poorly.

I went to the store to return some items. Sales clerks were not very friendly or helpful. Also, The clerk who did my return was rude. I felt very uncomfortable and would never shop in there again. Strange experience!

Let me tell you they give excellent customer service Julie and Linda are my favorites! I love that this is an American brand. It's better than shopping on line better selection. Also I am told they are looking for part time workers too.
