Had my husband meet the kids and I at the store to try out some sectionals. They had a back in five minutes sign but after getting dinner, they still were not there. I texted the number on the sign and we waited a little bit but it was too cold out to long

Was delivered in multiple boxes, left outside on front porch stacked high without being notified of delivery. Very heavy and difficult to maneuver boxes alone. Inserts ( cushions) were difficult to put into the seat covers. Once set up ( utilized 5 people to help set up) the sectional was not comfortable!! Had out of town guests who agreed, most uncomfortable sectional! Seat covers puckered , some end pieces were stained for $8000. This Definitely did not look like an $8000. Piece of furniture and was a total waste of my time , effort and money!!! Very disappointed. !!!Returned within a month of purchase. Once again had to pack the boxes ( remove covers etc. and disassemble and place the pieces in boxes !! And move outside for pickup! Happy that others have great experiences. Store sales person was a pleasure to work with.

Great shopping experience at the Oak Brook store. We’ve had it a week and already reconfigured once we got it in our space. Putting it together was only challenging for the covers. Store employees told us to do the shoes at the end after we had it placed. That seemed like good advice. The Labor Day sale took the sting out of the cost.

We have had our Lovesac sactional for a few years, even added a few pieces throughout. The customer service was great, the sactional is comfy BUT the covers are always gliding. The actual pieces that you sit on, glide so much that there are gaps in between each piece. I find myself vacuuming and adjusting every single day. For the money we spent, I would not suggest a Lovesac to others. Its just okay…if that. A lot of money, a pain in the booty to assemble, yes, you can wash the covers but putting them back on is a headache. More cons than pros.

It's been a long time since I've received such incredible service. This Oakbrook store and employees exceed outstanding customer service! Selena and Larry are two of the most extraordinary managers that provided patient caring service and an exorbitant amount of product knowledge. I would not shop anywhere else for this awesome Love Sac couch. It was worth every penny and more....YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

We were so excited to find out about Lovesac’s modular sectional! It is so comfortable, attractive, and most importantly for us, would fit through the narrow walls of our older home. Our sales person really knew his stuff! He was articulate, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable about the product. We can’t wait to get our new couch!
