Very disappointed they don't allow you to recycle clear fragrance containers here anymore. That was the main reason I'd drive out to here. Now, they only accept colored glass containers. It's a huge let down when I've recycled here for years, and nearly every container I've saved this year was not accepted yesterday. The prior recycling program was the main reason I chose L'Occitane. Now I won't be back.

So happy with my experience! The two young ladies working this evening were extremely helpful. I picked out some hand creams for my bridesmaids and got them wrapped beautifully. Can’t wait to gift them!

Worst experience at a store, I had a return and Jody took the girl before me even though she was still shopping. I explained to her how I have never had that happen to me before and she said sorry and proceeded to still ring her up. Also she charged me for an item I never got. I plan to report this store, seems like an upset employee who has to work in retail. I will never shop here again.

I like their products on occasion as they are expensive. The stores are generally small but they pack a lot in for a nice selection. If you find a scent you like buy it, as they do discontinue things seemingly quite frequently.

I went to this store first time to buy a gift for a friend who loves products from here. Lots of variety of skin care lotions fragrance soap for both men and women. Cashier at the store was very friendly and spent time with me showing what they have to offer. Finally helped me make a right choice for a gift and wrapped up so beautifully! All the products are made in France. This is definitely high end of bath and body works store. I would definitely recommend to visit this store!

The store smells heavenly. I love lavender, and their products are real, not just some lavender scent added.But it's expensive. I guess you get what you pay for, but their products are too high priced for me. I would have liked to see more sale items or sample sized items to try.
