I ordered a dress and paid $35 for overnight shipping. 5 days later it’s still sitting in the warehouse and no one can tell me when it will ship. I emailed twice, talked to 3 different people all who said they would get back to me by end of day. That was 2 days ago. Talked to another person today and got the same answer and no response. First and LAST time ever ordering from this company!!! Horrible customer service for the prices you pay!!!

Cheerful store for clothes and accessories with a little extra punch and a lot of color. Has enough navy, white, gold and a little black to balance out the sea of pink!

Lilly Pulitzer at oakbrook shopping center is a fantastic, high quality clothing store with beautiful, unique, and brightly colored fabrics. I appreciate that Lisa and Madeline were very helpful. They provided exceptional in-person customer service, and that is the reason why I prefer to shop in-store rather than online. Each Lilly Pulitzer item is gorgeous and of the utmost quality. I also love her sports/leisure line, which has fabrics that are easy to wear outdoors, for sports, or at the pool! Five-star experience, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this store!

The older women behind the counter were too busy talking to help me buy a gift card so I had to ask a younger lady on the floor to assist me. She rang me up quickly and my wife and I were on our way. I didn't catch her name but hope she gets commission for the sale!

This is a cheerful, bright, happy shop. Always creating new, vibrant prints that are becoming recognized world wide. They get new merchandise in every 2 weeks. Styles do not come in every print. Clerk cheerfully checked for an item that was not on display but in their stockroom. They offer accessories and, sometimes, gift with purchase. You cannot help but smile after shopping here. Find a style that works for you and brighten your day and everyone that sees you wearing it. Apparently, this is the IN brand for summer and warmer climates. Works for all ages.

Lauren was absolutely wonderful. I’ve never ordered dresses from your company however when I called she took the time to help me and my friend pick out two beautiful dresses. She even shipped one of them from another store. They came immediately and I absolutely love them. She is kind, sweet and thoughtful. I will be ordering more dresses and blouses. Ty for hiring her. I’m now hooked! I’ll be telling all my friends and family to shop at Oakbrook and ask for Lauren.

I discovered the Lilly Pulitzer chain 5 years ago on a trip to Florida and have since been a fan. What drew me to this brand is their vibrant prints and fun resort wear. Their clothes are pricey which is why I only shop there once or twice a year if I'm lucky. With time, I've collected a handful of Lilly pieces that I'm absolutely in love with and wouldn't dare to part ways with them regardless of how long I've had them. This year I was looking to get a full zip jacket and had my sights on the Jordanna. I was unsure of fit so I made the nearly hour long trek to their Oakbrook store to try it on. Unfortunately, it was new and not in store but the saleslady who helped suggest I try the similar cut Tennison. My only gripe with the chain is the inconsistent sizing of their clothes. When in the same size, some styles are snug and others are loose. That's why I've started to make a habit of going in store to try stuff on first before buying. Aside from that, I love the Lilly Pulitzer store and can't wait for their next Sunshine sale!

My little girls and I visited this location recently. I was interested in purchasing a couple items for myself and daughters. There were 3 workers there and none of them bothered to greet us or ask if we needed help. I actually did need assistance in locating an item but after searching the entire store myself for it, I gave up and left without buying anything. One clerk just stood behind the register most of the time doing nothing. I know she saw me searching. Poor customer!
