“Pentwater cabinets delivered as promised and damaged free. The cabinets were fully put together and wrapped to prevent any damage. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable about this job in an office. All drawers are dove tail joints with very heavy duty shelving. Would highly recommend this Pentwater Cabinets and Angel, if you want a quality cabinet with great design. From Mark's fantastic guidance, skill and expertise to the planning and designing by Cara, our kitchen transformed right before our eyes into something that has completely changed the texture of our house. We were home while the remodel was being done and the work crews led by Thomas, Peter and Chris were professional, pleasant and quality driven. The crew showed up every day of the week, each week (try finding that somewhere) promptly at 7am and worked a full work day and patiently answered any questions we had. The owner, Mark, is a hands-on owner and was often at our home to monitor the excellent job being done, along with his dedicated designer Cara. From the minute you sit down with Mark and Cara, unsure about how or what to do, up until Thomas shakes your hand and loads up his tools for the last time, you will have a wonderful and confident experience through the entire process. “We came to Sterling studio in hopes of competing a small bar project. We had tried numerous other companies and most turned us down because the project was just "too small". Sterling immediately said they would be happy to help us out. We had a number of specific requests and an idea of design already in our minds. Our designer Jack was very helpful in taking us through all the options and showing us materials that would fit our budget and taste. “I had broken the elbow off my bathtub drain shoe while trying to get the drain out. Spent days trying to find a replacement on the Internet. Failed a couple times. Decided to go to Harlem plumbing. The salesman took a couple seconds, and gave me everything I needed.Drain fixed!I had the slip joint nut and plumbers putty already. He had, the shoe the drain and the gasket for me. Very happy with the service.”
“Did beautiful, prompt, and courteous work. My countertop has an 'L' shape which was done without any seams. Also requested 1 inch height rather than 1.5 inch, and they agreed. Skip the big box stores-Countertop City will do a much nicer job for a reasonable price.”

“We attended the All Hearts Day Dinner. For 2 people it was under$45 and included appetizers, entrees, and desserts as well as drinks. Food was very high quality and all delicious. Seemed a little silly to go to IKEA for Valentines Day but it was really fun and a great value. We'd go back again.”
“This review is long overdo! We met Mike at StoneTek during a a bathroom remodel about a year ago. His knowledge of the various stones, care and use is amazing. But what is OVER the top, was his ability to help us visualize our design and to provide insights. “Once again I returned to Best Buy/ Pacific Kitchen and Bath to price shop. I have purchased several items from Pacific because of the sales team I have encountered in the past. There is so much new information today and comparison shopping is a nightmare. My regular sales person was off today and I was greeted by Mildred and pleasantly offered assistance. I was looking for ovens and she was a wealth of information. I had no intention to purchase just select the brand I needed. We started at very high end Viking at my request and worked down looking at many many ovens. This is an exhausting experience. Mildred could answer every question and even redirect me to brands that fit my cooking needs. Design and function over price was my need. Plastic knobs, not enough BTU's, poorly designed burners were some concerns. Mildred narrowed down my selection and next we pulled up the ovens on line and compared the advantages of each oven. THIS was superb all pricing, design, elements and options were printed out. Samsung has a very cleaver new oven with a single door that can actually break into a two piece door. The center burner is very inefficient for my use in the cooking process. Mildred was extremely helpful with high power BTU's, higher quality burners, design elements and oven features. A perfect oven was decided upon after looking at so many choices. A sale was made. I would have wasted a lot of time and even though I had researched ovens when I arrived today. Thank you. I would have never had the information Mildred presented. Very professional and knowledgeable. As I mentioned I had no intention to purchase. I have never had a rude sales person. Actually been rather surprised about the amount of product knowledge in this quickly changing industry the staff presents. I have had delivery issues and a small dent in the past and it was taken care of immediately.”

Very quickly, the lady gave me all the tips and professionally advised me what I could do and what type of cabinets to choose for the kitchen. She gave me another quote based on the project. A few days later we went to order kitchen cabinets, very nice service, very helpful in advising what to change in the design. The kitchen is already installed. “The initial appointment was with, Bill. He listened, explained the process & suggested product. There was also financing available which was an asset. The office manager, Jamie was professional, pleasant & easy to talk to. She arranged set up time/appointments. The process was in steps. Each technician was prompt, efficient, friendly & respectful of property. The first day Cam arrived to open wall. The second day, Ray arrived early for plumbing, then Dillon installed the tub lining & walls. Dillon did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend Bath Fitter!”
