“I had broken the elbow off my bathtub drain shoe while trying to get the drain out. Spent days trying to find a replacement on the Internet. Failed a couple times. Decided to go to Harlem plumbing. The salesman took a couple seconds, and gave me everything I needed.Drain fixed!I had the slip joint nut and plumbers putty already. He had, the shoe the drain and the gasket for me. Very happy with the service.”

Very quickly, the lady gave me all the tips and professionally advised me what I could do and what type of cabinets to choose for the kitchen. She gave me another quote based on the project. A few days later we went to order kitchen cabinets, very nice service, very helpful in advising what to change in the design. The kitchen is already installed. “I want to say what a Great experience it was working with Bath fitters for the second time. Each person I dealt with from Steve Hill, that came out and was so great,to Karen there are not enough good things I can say about her. To Jamie that did the scheduling. Each one was so professional courteous, and helpful. Then the guys Alvaro, Diego, Benjamin and the plumber Darren. These are the best workers we had working for us. This is for sure an A1 company to deal with. We are homeowners for over 40 years and had some bad workers, some ok, but by far Bath fitters is the best.”

“I love almost everything this store sells, and I'm not even mad that it costs 50-60% more than it should.Everything is always stocked well organized.I get the feeling that I'm getting snubbed by the staff 90% of the time I'm in here though.
