If you are anxious to get your child’s first haircut as I was, just book with Ms. Sydney. She is so great at her job that my son was smiling whole appointment, it went smooth for us and the style is perfect even we let her do it by her reccomendation. Best at her job. Thanks again Ms Sydney cant wait to have another haircut with you.

Took our 1-year old to get his first haircut. We worked with Rashall. She was so patient with both with our child and us. She wanted to do the job right but also ease any discomfort our child had, given it was the first haircut. Timing was efficient, very courteous, understanding, and respectful to our child. That speaks wonders to her character and understanding of handling children. We really appreciated it and of course, the haircut is absolutely wonderful. We recommend on all marks!

Took my son to get his first haircut. We were extremely nervous because he doesn’t like to get his hair touched, luckily we got Sidney, she was super friendly and welcoming. .She did a great job with his haircut and making him feel comfortable.. thank you Sidney for an amazing experience.

Very disappointed with our experience at Kidsnips. We chose this salon specifically because it’s supposed to cater to young children, but the barber was far from gentle or patient with our baby. There was no effort to comfort or engage with our child, and the rough handling only made things worse — our baby cried almost the entire time. This was clearly distressing for our little one and incredibly upsetting for us as parents. If you specialize in kids’ haircuts, basic kindness and care should be a priority. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to other parents.

We are so pleased with our experience! Our almost 2 year old has had many haircuts at a different kids place and he hates them - cries through the whole thing. We decided to try this place out instead. He started out crying, as expected, but stopped after a few minutes and then was even smiling at the end! Rashall worked wonders and his haircut is SO cute! We will be back.

Great place, excelente service! I want to highlight 2 things. First of all front desk staff was incredible helpful with us being late to our app, (we live 45 min away) they helped us with directions once we arrived to the mall but also they accommodate our app time slot so we didn’t feel rushed! And second, Ms Laurie was so kind to my baby and his first haircut! She was so fast and on top of that the hairstyle was perfect! We will definitely come back!

I forget the name of the woman who cut my son's hair but she was an angel. My son is 2 years old and has sensory problems so getting a haircut really isn't his favorite thing. I was full of anxiety walking in not knowing what was going to happen but she was so calm and helpful. She let him hold a few cars, talked him through it, and explained all the sounds and vibrations. My son didn't scream or cry not once. Thank you so much!!

Rashall was amazing, my son always had a problem getting his hair cut, of course he started crying but Rashall made him feel comfortable at the end that he even blowed a kiss to her haha, ill definitely come back.

I can't stress this enough- if you're taking your child anywhere than here it's a mistake. I just left my sons first haircut and first of all, it's also a little toy store so if you have to wait a little there's toys EVERYWHERE. The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing and just as involved as the people cutting the hair. Laura did my sons first hair cut and I can't even put into words how amazing she is. She was so patient yet got it done quick. She knows exactly how to talk to your babies and how to handle them. I cried and they had tissues ready ! ? the price is absolutely phenomenal and the staff beats that. 10/10

Excellent haircuts for my almost 2 year old who is less than thrilled about the process. I've gotten 2 haircut for him here (including his 1st ever haircut) and both times I have been impressed by their professionalism and kindness as well as the end results.

The only person I will take my kid to for a cut is Rashall at kidsnips oakbrook. She is so precise and so good at what she does. She gets it right every time for my son who is very particular about his hair. Highly highly recommend her!!

Edith did such a great job with our sons first hair cut! I was so nervous cause he's my baby and it was the first hair cut. She made a very anxious mom so happy. She didn't cut off too much of his curls and did exactly what we asked as far as the actual shape up. We will definitely be returning!
