Overall experience was nice one staff member was a middle aged man who bit rude and off putting but it was balanced out by a nice sweet woman who was very helpful in finding me the merchandise I needed and got me on my way with exactly what I was looking for. I could tell she was working in a hostile work environment and I’m posting this to make the owners aware that is customers can see and can tell when employees aren’t being treated well or being exposed to hostile work environments.

The customer service given by the saleswoman and tailor was exceptional, personal, friendly, informative, personal and accessible.
Only wish more sizes and options were in stock. The back to school and wedding season had depleted a good deal of their in store inventory .

Great place, great knowledge. They're not salespeople, they just honestly want you to look good. Left with a perfect suit, lady there is fantastic and will be honest with you. 10/10

We had a disappointing experience. Despite being a customer, I felt like they didn't care about concerns or needs. The service was lacking, and we left feeling undervalued. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

My husband needed a few suits, Craig greeted us, very helpful attentive! He knows what he is doing and cares! I will share we spent the previous day shopping at other places, service and selection here was way better. Craig also special ordered a suit in a different color my husband wanted. My mother use to sell men’s furnishings at Saks in Oakbrook for many years so it’s wonderful to know that this location and staff know what their doing! We will be back!

I was a groomsman for my brothers wedding and had rented a suit from here. Costed about $300 & accidentally lost the jacket. They charged me $300 to replace it. Even though I had paid for a loss and damage fee of like $50. They are money hungry and will charge for just about anything. I can't believe they charge that much for a jacket! Just ridiculous. The young African American lady was very helpful and so kind. The old woman was so rude and had an attitude when the young lady was already helping me out. And to think I was going to come here for a suit for my wedding this year. What a joke! Save your money and don't come here.
