Highly recommend Indochino at Oakbrook Center. The staff were very attentive and professional. It was our first time visiting the store and AJ was our fit consultant. We couldn't be more pleased. He was extremely helpful with recommendations based on my preferences. The measuring process was simple yet detailed. We will send all friends and family seeking custom fitted clothing to Indochino. Awesome experience! Worked with Steven at the store and he was amazing. He was friendly, patient, and very helpful. He advised me on me on the various options and recommended the best based on my preference. The choices were plenty and I was able to get two amazing custom suits for a fantastic price!

What a Merry Christmas we will have because of Brandon’s stellar service and aptitude. He knows his stuff and helped our family member get his professional look together for returning to work after the holiday season. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating especially given our family members medical equipment and looks that will accommodate! Excellent service and care. We will return again and again. Amazing quality fabrics and great pricing!

My family and I are in town for the holidays. My sister wanted to gift my nephew a few tailored suits for Christmas. We were greeted immediately as we entered the store. My nephew walked around and looked at the fabric until Brandon was available. Once he was available, he walked my nephew through fabric options, tailored styles and pricing. Brandon was professional, kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. He made my nephew’s experience a memorable one.

Brandon was amazing and I plan to utilize him and this location for all of my suit needs. With my career, I have to be as sharp as possible mentally and aesthetically. With his guidance and expert skills, I will be the best dressed guy in the our office and maybe even in the town I live in.

Brandon was very helpful. He gave definitive opinions when I asked which is nice because I don’t know what I’m doing picking suits. Took his time, knows what he’s doing. Nice store. I was fortunate they did not have an appointment when I arrived so was able to “walk in” - advice to you is make sure to set an appointment online first!

Great place for low cost suits and custom shirts. Ii ordered 3 did, a coat and 1 shirt. The shirt had to be re-manufactured due to poor measuring by the store representative. Other than adding another 2 1/2 weeks, they did fix the issues at no cost.Satisfaction will come down to the store associate's skill in measurement taking and acknowledgement that these are entry level fabrics with middle of the road craftsmanship. Great for suits that will not be put to daily/weekly use.

Set up appointment for measurements instead of doing myself and submitting online as too many things to consider. Friendly staff and convenient location.

Placed an 3 piece order with accessories that were missing in order before my big event. Manager there was basically very unprofessional, uncooperative and not willing to resolve the issue. Instead told me to shop somewhere else for the missing accessories. These guys are a JOKE and would take my business somewhere else.

The experience was amazing! my husand got his suit from them for the wedding ans was so impressed that he took me for my birthday to get fitted. If you want you clothes to look amazingly fitted for you i defintly recomend it! Go get you power suit!
