Had a store pick up on 01/8 and arrived around 5pm. Every employee I spoke with seemed so miserable & unhappy to help.I waited about 20 mins and then was asked for my ID so rudely because apparently my email confirmation wasn't enough.

I was in there tonight around 5 o'clock, and was walking around shopping minding my own business. I'm not sure what her name was, but a short female employee with black hair approached me and accused me of throwing things on the floor. "Are you just gunna leave that there and walk away?". First of all, I did not even TOUCH any merchandise. Second of all, even if I did employees have no place accusing customers especially ones who did not even do what they r saying. I wish I knew her name or I'd file an official complaint. Her attitude is awful CLEARLY and so is this store. I expect to be comped for this situation
