Called to speak with someone; auto attendant is set up so that it is difficult to speak with a live agent. After several attempts was placed on hold in cue w/estimated 1 hour wait time.
Update: Frank (Manager) from Inspira reached out regarding my concerns. Resolved all account issues & explained options re: transferring balance to a like-account. Also resolved some fee issues. Very professional and informative. Thanks Frank!”
