It’s 5:56 am I’m waiting for the call center to open I just deposited money and the drive thru atm here ate my money. This is the second time this has happened with fifth third. This is the first time it’s happened at this location but beware of this atm it’s faulty I suppose!

I came here today to handle some accounts I am on with a business and met with two different staff members, both of which were pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m leaving a positive review because the other reviews are people from “door dash” which is pretty ridiculous since you didn’t actually conduct business there, you just delivered food and the person you ran into may or may not have known where other people were in a building that is rather large.

Just ask the main host in the lobby if he knows where suite 200 is they did not notify me that there is a second floor I'm under the impression that this is the old fifth third one unit that's a bank one building that's a bank don't come here if you like people treating you like your different

I experienced the worst customer service earlier today i went in there with a door dash deliver and and a bald Caucasian man at the front desk did not make me feel welcomed he didn’t even ask if i needed help when i first walked in he was very rude and did not try to help navigate me to the location where i needed to drop off the food. I wish i gotten his name but i was just so frustrated with his horrible customer service please do better

Customer service at this location has changed... The employees here do not at least try and make you happy. Never a smile or a sorry they just stare at you with a blank face. BMO welcomed me with a smile.

Been banking with 53rd for as long as I could remember. They use to be so helpful and lately not. I've been dealing with two issues for years on my accounts and Veronica completely talked down to me like I was not valued. I've made a discussion to finally move forward and close all 5 of my accounts after I look for another bank that will appreciate me. She was very rude . What is going on with the employees 53rd is hiring???

Seriously, holding my funds for two weeks! I have opened more than 3-4 banking accounts but never experienced this delayed before. Basically I wrote my check from chase and deposited it into 5/3 bank on the May10. Chase check was cleared on May10. Unfortunately I recently received the letter from 5/3 bank stated that this fund would be hold for another week( today 5/16). It stated that on May 23 will be released. I called the 18009723030 the rep was so unprofessional and simply said there was nothing I can do. LoL what a way to treat customers? I would really wanna go close my account now but it was already closed. On the second thought I really wanna see how this gonna work, let wait for another week. I will update! But so far really piss me off. Never being robbed from the bank before! Btw on the letter it said we also want to help you protect yourself from fraud, this is a fraud!

I travel to this particular bank every two weeks, so I know alot of the employees by face and name! Today I stopped and a very nice woman was helping me, but as she was helping me she then turned and asked a lady I later learned name Veronica Thompson a question while assisting me, so I asked was she new, which I didn't feel like it was anything wrong with me asking her that! That's when Veronica Thompson became rude and indignant stating it was a issue because I asked the person who was assisting me ws she new, I then asked Veronica Thompson why did she get so upset because I asked a question, Veronica's response was yea I'm upset you asked my employee was she new and smiled, granted the woman helping me did everything she was supposed for me which is why I was baffled at Veronica's response and rude behavior! I asked for Veronica's info to report the rude behavior and response Veronica picked up a card and tossed it on the counter, I could not believe this is behavior from a branch manager, and I was receiving this type of a response from a branch manager Of a bank I frequently visit! I am very upset and appalled and demand an apology for this type of rude behavior from Veronica Thompson which I know I will never receive, because if she felt so comfortable with being so rude and indignant at that point then she wont apologize and think her behavior is ok. This is the bank 1603 W. 16th Street... I can expect this type of behavior from the branch in woodridge but not here

I recently switched banks and transferring money over to them was hassle free and simple. All the staff at this location are very friendly and personable. They offer free coin cashing machines here too.
