In the past, we chose to go to big box stores for appliances and hardware. For our kitchen remodel, we wanted a higher level of service so we tried Ferguson -- and they delivered far beyond our expectations. When we were unclear on which sink to pick, our advisor patiently shared pros and cons, offering wise counsel, which we took. We love our selections thanks to Ferguson's help. Even when we had difficulty with a particular product, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Some places talk about great customer service, the team at Ferguson lived it. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Thank you, Annie and team -- you're the best. We are so very grateful. And our new kitchen sink and faucet are fabulous.

This store is awesome! We chose so many amazing things in one stop for our bathroom remodel. Our salesperson was helpful , patient and knowledgeable .

Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with my choice of using furgeson for our new build! I had a very positive experience with Bernice for our plumbing choices , however my experience with Lisa in appliances was hands down one of the worst during this build!
The first interaction we had it took her over a month to send me an email after that very very poor communication which lead to a mess! I left a vm about the mess yesterday letting her know it was an urgency and still have yet to hear from her once again! I expressed on 4 different occasions that phone calls were my best form of communication yet here we are! After spending THOUSANDS of dollars with furgesons I could never recommend!

Was there to select new appliances for a kitchen remodel we are planning. The overall selection at the store is almost overwhelming. Our consultant, Mike, was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and within our budget.

On 12/18/2023 we stopped in at the Oakbrook showroom to find 2 Kohler comfort- (or higher-) height toilets. We needed one with an elongated bowl for the master bathroom, and the second with a round bowl for the secondary bathroom. There was some confusion on the salesperson's side whether Kohler makes both of these in either white or bisque color, but it eventually got straightened out. Ferguson had them in stock and delivered them the next day, as promised.My husband accepted the delivery and unloaded both toilets from their wooden pallet. While he was doing that the delivery crew left. I called the Oakbrook showroom who connected me with the warehouse. The warehouse person I spoke with said she would call and direct the delivery crew to pick up the pallet either that afternoon or next day, the 19th. No one came to pick up the pallet. I called the showroom on 12/20/2023 at 8 am and was connected to Customer Service. The person who took my call said they would schedule a crew to pick up the pallet that day. No one came. On 12/21/2023 at noon I called again and spoke with a Stephanie. She apologized for Ferguson not picking up the pallet, and promised to have a crew come that day or on 12/22/2023 to pick up the pallet. No one came. Today, 12/26/2023 we had our local scavenger's bulk service pick it up.It was a good wooden pallet that did not need to be discarded by us. We had no room in our garage to store it, and had to keep it outside next to our Christmas decorations.I am disappointed with Ferguson not keeping their promise.

I passed here all the time and when we were starting our whole house renovation I really needed some guidance on our bathrooms. I didn’t want to blow my budget in the bathrooms and I was partnered with Lexi and it was a match made in heaven. I didn’t want my project to end! She was so honest and gave me such great insight to ideas and design elements that I wouldn’t have thought of. She also helped in other parts of the house too bc I valued her opinion and honesty so much.

I was embarking on a whole house renovation and was in over my head. I went into Ferguson based off a recommendation of a friend. I was a walk in and luckily Lexi had availability and I felt like it was meant to be. She got my vibe and had such patience with me through the whole process. She was so gracious in taking her time and explaining things to me as like I said I was in over my head with this whole project.

We went to the oakbrook location and Mary Lafeber was AMAZING!!! From the moment we came in she was kind and helped us pick out all the lighting for our house! She worked very fast and understood exactly what we wanted! She made the experience a 10/10 we will definitely be back due to the excellent service! Thank you Mary!

What a horrible experience I've had with this company!!! Was receiving a tub & toliet delivery Sat. Aug.19th. Spoke to the delivery company R & L in the morning (Joe or Matt) informed me my delivery would be between 8-12. Came at 1:36 DUMPED on a busy Chicago street sidewalk. Called both Ferguson Oak Brook & R& L. Back & forth for 2 hours with nothing accomplished by either companies.The tub & toliet sat until Monday morning in front of my building. Monday the 21st. tried for hours to contact corporate. Spoke to a manager that offered $250. Spoke to Oak Brook they offered &150 gift card for Ferguson... I will NEVER walk into a Ferguson store again. I ?

My husband and I had an appointment with both Mike and Meghan on the same day. Mike guided us with the appliances and Meghan with the plumbing. They helped us choose everything we needed and made great suggestions. I can’t say enough good things about them. We have sent a few emails back and forth and they have been very responsive, which we greatly appreciate.

Edit: Jennifer, you know all the details. Your installers installed a damaged unit. You thought we should accept the "we don't know when we can get the part replaced" as a valid response even though you charged us for a BRAND NEW unit. Not one where we can cut ourselves when using b/c of the sharp edge.Don't waste any time here. If your builder sent you here, demand to go elsewhere. The entitlement is disgusting, their sales people aren't knowledgeable. They will try to force you into the most expensive option at every turn without any explanation or product knowledge. They will also deliver damaged products and minimize the issue as a "cosmetic damage". They won't offer any compensation and will take 5 months (still counting) to fix the damaged part.

Terrible product knowledge and attitude on from the sales person, Amy. Horrible support after an appliance was damaged during installation. Months of annoyance and still no resolution. You pay for new stuff but, they expect you to accept damaged goods. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and go to Abt.

Ferguson in Oak Brook is a top notch company. I needed to outfit my condo with all new fixtures quickly. Mary L. was instrumental in getting the job done with the right products and at a good price. I highly recommend Mary and the staff at Ferguson Oak Brook because of the exceptional service they provided to me.
