shipped out my iphone back to apple to trade it in for my new phone. the man helped me seal my box and saw the iphone in the box. just got an email from apple that they received an EMPTY box. FedEx literally stole my iphone

I went in to ship a small package (roughly 8"x8"x6" - not heavy) - and the following occurred:Me - "Hello, I need to ship this - cheapest and slowest service is fine"FedEx Rep - "Ok, that'll be $82"Me - "Really? Why is this so expensive? Is that the cheapest/slowest option?"Fedex Rep - "No. I can go down to 2-day if you don't want the overnight. It'll be $72 in that case".Me - "Didn't I say cheapest before? Is a cheaper option available?"FexEx Rep - "Yes, I can do slower for $52"Me - "Is a cheaper option available?"FedEx Rep - "Yes, I can do $24 for ground"Me - "Is that the cheapest still?"FedEx Rep - "No, I can go our lowest tier for $13".That's what I ended up doing. Pretty unethical if you ask me, to only present the highest price. I'll say this - I didn't get mad at the FedEx Rep, though I admit I thought about it. The Rep was just doing what their boss told them, no doubt.Don't be afraid to be call them out on their prices here. They're unethical and need to be held accountable.

Arianna was wonderful unlike the younger gentleman who wouldn't help me out and was rude and seemed to not want to help me..when I spoke to Arianna she was more than willing to help me out with the questions I had . The only reason I'd still go to this location is because of her and her wonderful customer service.

This review is for fedex and shipping transparency. I shipped a package overnight and was not informed of “service delays”. They will gladly give you a “scheduled delivery” not accounting for “service delays”.Fedex will gladly charge you exuberant shipping costs knowing well they cannot deliver.When you call Fedex revenue they will throw that customer should have known about “service delays”. Thats like selling rotten stuff at a grocery store and blaming the customer for not diligence.Do your money a favor and stay away from scammer like Fedex.
