I don't understand why FedEx was delivered my package. Amazon was working really very good but NOW ...1. I don't know why they need signature2. My husband was in home all day but they live the message "no body was home "3. I never got updated about package is ready for pickup, looks like customer service don't scan my package4. I just go to FedEx hold location and the customer service was really not good ????I'm really sad about it ????.They don't want give me my package

So friendly. The FedEx agent bubble wrapped and repacked my box for me no questions asked, and with with no fuss or extra charge other than materials used.

I went to drop off a package and when I walked in there was a man jamming the drop box handle over and over for at least 5 minutes before an employee came out to tell him to stop because there was a jammed box and that he could just put his drop off in the other room on the counter. Took longer than it needed to for her to explain that to him and myself who were waiting.

I've always had a great experience with this FedEx Center. The employees are more than happy to help you ship your items, and it's never that busy.
