Maggie is such a great agent. She looks out for her clients and has been really helpful when I needed to reinvest my retirement savings- making regular meetings to go over my little nest egg! I trust her and her staff completely!

Just was not happy with her service, I don't even know who she is, never met, never talked on the phone but she will have no issues making money from you.She was assigned to me after my previous agent left.The only thing I received was a post card stating she will call and introduce herself within a couple weeks and that never happened even after filing a claim..I'm sure she is a nice person but not for my insurance needs

Joe Passed away in August, 2020 and the AutoDebit for his insurance was cancelled on his Farmers Insurance account. Margaret's person Patricia contacted a family member, who then paid the last months premium and provided the documents they required (death certificate). The vehicles were transferred to other parties. Margaret's company restarted the auto debits. It was finally noticed because they overdrew the account. Margaret is too busy to respond so her co worker Patricia responded....or is practicing Law by saying that an Executor is the only party that can cancel the policies. I told her since day one there is no Estate so then no Executor. Not every person that dies needs an Estate or Executor appointed. But, she must practice law because for now months she is doing whatever she wants to do. Right now she is stealing from my family by taking money from an account that needs to stay open for vehicles that the deceased does not own. Until this is remedied, I will continue to post.
