This store is ridiculous. Purchased leggings for wife for Christmas. The manager assured me there would be no problem returning or exchange of the leggings. My wife did not like fabric and fit. We brought them back and the girl behind the counter put them in as a store credit, which was never discussed. Came to the store and returned them for a refund and get money back on my card. That was a huge problem because of store credit policy. Why not make it an easier way to get your money back. The end up is even more frustrating now we have to call a 800 and waste more time. They have lost a customer forever and anyone I ever talk to . The girl at the counter was not so helpful and the assistant manager Stephanie was worse . Between both neither one offered a feasible explanation. I hope anyone who sees this, thinks twice, if they ever want to deal with a store who really makes excuses to keep your money and forces you to get a store credit . Poor management skills and Poor store policies.

This is a complete scam. You only get vip discount on the first order and then everything is full price. Quality is not that great and the leggings fit is bad for booty and muscle thighs. The counter girl was rude. Just bad experience and not worth it at all. Cancelled.

One start for the employee who was there each time of the 4 times I went there over the last 2 months. No “hello.” No “how can I help you.” No eye contact. Seemed annoyed all four times. There’s a very friendly woman of color in the back stock/dressing room area who would clearly make an amazing sales associate. I got ZERO help from the person at the desk. Seems most of your reviewers are saying the same. I wonder what the issue could be?Also, I canceled. $59 automatic charges to the account are in fine print. Setting alarms to skip months gets to be too tedious with all else going on in the world. I’ve got plenty of alarms for much more important things.Good luck to all, and I hope this OakBrook Location hires a person to interact with customers who actually looks at them and speaks to them, without the heaviest, ever droning on, pained annoyed tone. No one needs that when they came in for help. Are we inconveniencing you?

I went into Oakbrook Mall Fabletics for the first time last weekend because my friend was hosting a special workout event. Typically, I'm hesitant to spend more than 10-15 bucks on workout clothes and was not planning on buying anything that day other than attending the event. But I had such a great experience with the workers and really liked the quality of the clothes once I tried them on. Yanique, Gina, Destiny, and Jocelyn were AWESOME in helping me. Yanique was particularly kind and helpful when I asked her for advice on sizes, color, etc. Thank you so much ladies for being so patient and helpful. I'm really liking the new clothes and have gotten compliments already!

Prices are markedly higher than online. Selection is quite limited (mostly just the new items) and sales seem rare. Nice to be able to return items in store.

i had made a purchase online for 2 for $24 and they had cancelled my orders and i never received an email or text or call anything, stating my orders were cancelled, the also cancelled my account without my permition, spoke to a manger and he promise i was going to get a credit or coupon in my email the next day i never recieved it and i call again today and they tell me he declined me from getting any coupon after all of that happened. never got my refound back as well! this is the second and last time they do this!

I went in to exchange leggings I didn’t love. I left with a new outfit that I will not only wear often, but feel fabulous doing so. All thanks to Jessica helping me out. She was helpful, personal, and a kind person to engage with. Great experience.

Did you know that when you will get a gift from someone (fabletics 3/4 leggings that cost $75) they will not change the size for you unless you will give them personal information of person that originally bought it for you? I went to the store in Oak Brook, they told me this was their policy and to call customer service for help and ship it back to them and get a new one.Customer service couldn’t resolve the situation unless I set up an account (which they assured was free - and it’s not). After talking to them and asking how can I set up a free account they told me they still wouldn’t resolve it even after setting up an account.Everyone was telling me different things (the personnel and customer service).To be honest it’s the worst experience with any store ever. The worst customer service ever. I spent 30 min driving to the store, another 30 taking to personnel in the store and 30 min on the phone and I’m left with nothing.Do you think I will become member when you treated me like that?

I am a first time purchaser and last. I purchased a pair of lined shorts. The sales person needed to get my size. When I got home I realized she had put unlined shorts in the bag. I drove back to the store to exchange them for the lined shorts. The fit was not the best the waist was too high so I returned them the next week with the sale receipt. I was told they would not issue a refund only store credit since I had exchanged them the week prior. I paid cash and expected a cash refund. Clearly the products are not designed for me so I didn't think a store credit was good. If policy is no refund only store credit I will never spend another cent in this store. I even called customer service and they were less helpful. $32.42 not refunded and I have shorts that don't fit ant can't be used . Bad service in store and on the phone bad policies. Can I give less than a one star rating?

I came into the store for an exchange. I ended up leaving happy with my purchase, however I did not leave happy with how I was treated. I felt as if I was bothering the workers when I asked her for help. I asked for a small & kept being told I was an extra small & that there was no smalls in the back. After basically telling her to go check the back she came back with the pair I wanted , I told her I needed a second pair because I was exchanging 2 pairs & she insisted they only had the one I was given. I had to keep asking for her to check the back & magically another one appeared. When I thanked the employee she tossed the leggings on the counter saying “mhm” & walked away. As I was completing the exchange I kept being told I wouldn’t be happy with the fitting of the leggings because “there was no way I wasn’t an extra small”. The whole experience just made me very uncomfortable & I will not be returning to this location.

It was ok, it's still very pricey for "workout" clothing. You don't get the price you see unless u buy the membership! Same as online. The only difference is you get to feel the fabric and you can try on in store now. I'm not spending an extra 50.00 for the membership, cause if you forget to cancel or put on hold for the next 3 months (as the girl told me has to be 3 months) you get charged 150 and you didn't even purchase your cloths! No thanks. You want me to remember to put a hold on my account every month? I'll be lucky to remember to eat daily! ?

The store is organized well and there is a small selection of items that are sold out online. The checkout process was smooth. My complaint is with the employees. Towards the beginning, I felt as if I had to awkwardly step around the employees that were having conversations that did not sound work related. The only assistance I was offered was being asked “What are you looking for?” And then being watched and followed around the store from an awkward distance. Too close for it to seem like a coincidence but not close enough for it to seem like they were trying to assist me. I felt uncomfortable shopping there, almost as if I was interrupting something?
