The hotel features a beautiful ballroom, which is ideal for events like weddings, and a gym equipped with stairmasters, ellipticals, treadmills, weights, and bikes, including a Peloton. However, some aspects of the hotel show signs of aging and maintenance issues. Rooms are dated, and some lack amenities like refrigerators. Guests mention that the carpets and bathrooms need renovation, with some bathrooms exhibiting water damage or mold. There have been problems with room temperature control, especially with sun-facing rooms becoming uncomfortably hot. At times, the hotel experienced flooding and wet carpets due to heavy rain, leading to a musty smell and concerns about water damage. Dining options were found to lack variety and taste, and getting refills on coffee, tea, and juice was difficult. Despite these issues, the staff’s service consistently received high marks, with some guests emphasizing their helpfulness even during challenging situations. I go here annually for a conference and the food is always excellent!

We where guests at the hotel during a convention and found the service poor. Both of were unable to walk to our usual dinner restaurants, so decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Food

Dated rooms, but they serve their purpose. No fridge in the room I stayed in which was s let down. Very service minded staff, from housekeeping and restaurant to front desk. Welcoming!
