My husband and I just bought a house, and we came in looking for a sofa. We were excited that we have some extra money to get a nicer sectional. Once we arrived upstairs, we had three separate sales associates look us in the eye, then walk the other way without saying anything to find someone else to help. I 100% believe this is because of our appearance, and that we don’t “look like we will spend a lot of money.” Nothing scary or off-putting, but we do have visible tattoos and were wearing band shirts and sneakers…because this is how we normally dress and there’s nothing wrong with it. Jason was the first associate to ask us if we needed anything, and was incredibly helpful and kind. He ALSO had on super rad sneakers. ? We took his card, and if we do decide to return when we are ready to purchase, he and he alone will be getting our business. Money is money, and in a retail environment it shouldn’t matter who it’s coming from or what they look like. Thank you, Jason, for turning our experience around!

I don’t usually bother with reviews, but wow!!! Wasn’t expecting to be delighted with everything I ordered!!! They have a small menu but everything is great!! Try the burrata, the the lemon chicken or the poke bowl with shrimp!!! Amazing!!!

Lots of nice home decor with a good combination of high prices and affordable prices. Bought mine entire drinkware set here 36 glasses 12 each of 3 different sizes and a pitcher all matching for about $120.

Crate and Barrel is always filled with great furniture and home goods. The Oak Brook store has a restaurant, which was a very nice surprise.

Placed an online order for same day in store pick up - I never received a confirmation or a cancellation email. Spoke to online support and they were no help. I was advised to place the order again which I did with a different payment method and again - same issue.
This is extremely unprofessional and not a way to place online orders. If their system can’t support online orders, they shouldn’t be offering them to begin with.
Beyond frustrated at this point. Horrible customer support.

We had the most wonderful time at the C&B Oakbrook location for our wedding registry! We were greeted and checked in by Sue, who began our appointment by discussing our needs and wants to help direct our registry picks and store touring. We were late given a complimentary wedding gift of paired stemless wine glasses. Later, we dined at The Table in which we were given complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate with. All in all, we felt very special and appreciated and there was genuine excitement from staff regarding our upcoming nuptials that won’t be forgotten. Thank you to all at this location and especially Sue for making today so wonderful and fun!

I came into your store because the wedding gifts that we had purchased all came separately in very big boxes .Kim not only found me smaller ones but nicely wrapped every item! She was fabulous !! Kim even gave me a tip on how to make homemade bows with tulle!!!
