Considering my intention was to run in for a coffee or tea, I had not anticipated writing a review; however, my experience was exemplary. Since the experience was unexpected, I cannot produce photos or footage to corroborate claims. You'll just have to trust me. As someone who has extensive experience as a surveyor/ enthusiast of gas stations/ rest stops (I find them interesting and always explore merchandise or compare pricing when I come across one; it's hit or miss most of the time), I am quite familiar with how important optimization of space, organization, and signage is in the industry. Circle K exceeded my expectations in every way. Now, upon approaching the location, I almost turned around as there is a BP next door and I've always had excellent experiences with this chain. Once again, skepticism almost got the best of me. Call this an afternoon of miracles and wonders, considering I will be a loyal Circle K customer as of today. Extremely wise floorplan, mindful of space (kid-friendly, to the fullest extent of what would be capable within spatial limitations), tons of deals (ie $2 any size coffee with seemingly endless options for customization, buy one get one 1/2 many delicious snacks), concise, appealing signage, freshly rotated stock, and a uniquely vast array of items available (ie high-quality yet obscure snacks, goodies, and gums-something for everyone). The front desk attendant was extremely polite. It is clear the GM deserves a grand round of applause, as everything elicited a shopping experience of ease within this specific location. Must also comment; both restrooms were extremely neat, the shop itself was incredibly orderly, and pricing fair on all items surveyed. Thank you, Circle K; you were the cherry on top of a relaxing Sunday for this gas station enthusiast.

Isn't this one closed permanently? Pretty sure the Shell and the Circle K were demolished.

I come at this station almost everyday, the level of customer service I received today was unbelievable. Cashier name tamya was rude unwilling to work and telling me to go to the gas station next door. Check the camera out.if I see her again for sure I will go next door.

The cashier Tamya is rude and curses every time I visit this location. She also told two Hispanic couples to speak English because she can’t understand them. Is that how circle K operates business I guess I’ll go to BP from now on instead of going back to this location that I’ve been going to for the last 2 years

Stopped in for gas and coffee. Maria was amazing! She was helpful and funny. She made my morning better. Started my day with laughter and great stories. Wish I lived closer so I could visit her everyday. I dont know what her pay is but it isn't enough.

I went to this gas station on 9-14-18. Between the hours of 8-9:30pm. Both workers were outside pulling garbage. While there were a line of people standing outside waiting. They were laughing about the customers being angry about the long wait. When they finally decided to start waiting on the customers. They didn't apologize for the wait. They continued to laugh like they didn't care at all! Also, they represented Illinois badly. Because, a group of customers were not from Illinois. They asked the question do everyone in Illinois act this way. I told her no it's only those 2 workers. I didn't want her to think that that's the way people in act. I believe the store nimber is 6702.

Bathroom was covered in excrement. When I told the employee it was dirty, her reply was to hide the key, saying "Ain't nobody else gonna use it then, cuz I ain't gonna clean it.". At least the gas pumps worked

Worst customer service ever, rude people. Will never go back, I recommend people not to go to this place unless you want to spoil your day

My local gas station that I go to when Costco gas down the street isn't open. It is about 5-10 cents more expensive than Costco but if you need gas, you need gas. It is located at a main intersection and near the freeway so it is easy access/convenient.
