“This Gap re-laid out their store again, which made it seem like there were less men's clothes available, and had the women's sections very spread out. Adult athletic wear was on a whole other floor. The dressing room was chaotic, however despite that - the attendants were very helpful with retrieving other sizes. I will say Gap had exactly what I was out shopping for today.”

It’s largely due to the exceptional service provided by a staff member named Fahad, or possibly Fahael (I’m uncertain about the exact spelling of his name). His presence at this store is a major factor in why I keep coming back.
Whenever I visit, I usually have returns to handle, and Fahad is always there, offering invaluable assistance. He is the sole staff member at this location who consistently demonstrates genuine patience, respect, and care toward every customer. His dedication to helping me find exactly what I’m looking for, even when the store layout or stock is challenging, is remarkable. I’ve noticed how he treats every customer with the same level of attention and courtesy, making each shopping experience pleasant and efficient.
