I remember the old Build-A-Bear so I was disappointed. My great granddaughter had fun so that is all that matters.

Great experience!. Two lovely young girls helped us get my grandson his first teddy bear for his 1st birthday! They were very attentive and kind and gentle with the baby too!

Friendly staff bought three for my kids. All went well crowded at times, but it's in the mall, so that's expected.
