We really love the teachers and curriculum here. They do a great job with our son who has been attending since 4 months old. It's not cheap, but the oppotunity for socialization and care is top notch.

We started at Bright Horizons Oak Brook when our little man turned 5-months old, and immediately fell in love. The teachers, directors and facility embody everything amazing.Thank you for truly making our daycare experience so wonderful and welcoming. From day one, our little one was showered with all the love from Ms. Aracelli, Ms. Maritza & Ms. Nicole. I can confidently say it was a true partnership as we worked together to ensure each day was a success for everyone involved (baby, parents & his teachers!).During the day, my husband I would receive updates of our baby practicing motor skills, buggy rides, finger paint art projects and mastering tummy time. As a first-time-mom, I would highly recommend the Oak Brook location. It's truly unique and one-of-a-kind. <3 Alicia & Joe

Colleen and Carol do a fantastic job running this facility, especially during these difficult Covid times. The entire staff at Bright Horizons in Oak Brook has been incredibly warm and welcoming to us and they do a top notch job. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for high quality child care.

Most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from an establishment. they scheduled two zoom calls to which they never showed up, when I called them on the second attempt to see what was going on they, put me on hold and then hung up. it is not like it's an Inexpensive place although it is certainly cheap. Will not recommend to anyone, very unprofessional if that's how they interact with adults I can only imagine.

My daughter is 11 months and has been going to Bright Horizons 2x a week since she was 6 months and I only have positive things to say about my experience. Kaela & Miriam are amazing! The whole team is so sweet and always has a smile on their face. I know my baby is in the hands of those that care about her.

If you're looking for a daycare that treats your child with the same love and care that you do, Bright Horizons is it. My daughter was at the BH in Schaumburg but when my office moved downtown we begrudgingly took her out. We looked at several other facilities but none compared to BH even the highly rated ones like Goddard School and Montessori. By that time she was 18 months and even she didn't like any other daycare. We put her in one temporarily and they had to put her in the preschool class because she was too advanced for the toddler class. That's when I knew she had to go back to BH. Plus, they had to hide her backpack and coat because she kept putting them on and walking to the door. Lol She's a bit much sometimes. We were happy to get her back into BH. Eventhough the Oak Brook location is about 20 minutes out of our way and more expensive, I absolutely love having her there. The teachers are amazing, very attentive and engaging. They encourage the kids to be independent and caring. I would do anything to keep my daughter here!

I have 2 kids at Bright Horizons. We chose BH because of the quality of teachers and learning programs. I didn't realize how important this was until we moved to another center closer to our home, we're back now and really appreciate their experience and quality of care. If there are issues, teachers have advice but also listen to the parents. I also like how much attention they put on STEM, art, and social interactions.
