Went in person to make exchange. Ellen and Madelyn couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I also really like the selection and of course various fits for their pants.

Katie, the store manager was amazing! She not only helped me navigate the mall to make sure I reach the store very patiently, but was very cordial and helpful while shopping in the store. She ensured I get my clothes in time as I was leaving the city and needed them urgently.

Katie was the sweetest and greatest help during the tuxedo fitting process. She looks out the customer and has an terrific attitude. Stop by bonobos for a tux/suit and a great selection of mens clothing and Katie will help you out.

Eduard was so lovely, patient, and helpful. My husband hates to shop, so this small store, fewer items on the rack, and personal assistance were exactly what he needed. Unfortunately, I think the agents are afraid to be pushy, but had Eduardo suggested more items, my husband would have really respected his opinion and would have bought more than just pants. I do understand the restraint though, especially for a 1ST timer. Can't wait to get his order and see him in his new, snazzy pants!

We made an appointment to try on suits for my fiancé's wedding and had a great experience here. Major shoutout to Diana, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She is definitely the reason that we felt confidence in our shopping experience, she deserves a raise :)Stephan was also super helpful getting the items we needed to try on and talking through options with us.All in all, super friendly service and an easy experience. This is still a retail store, and fairly small/was crowded with other shoppers, so keep that in mind if you make an appointment on a weekend that it's possible you won't get the attention you may be expecting from a booked appointment. This is not the place if you're looking for a super elevated shopping experience, but was perfect for us - we mostly just wanted a place with nice options, and all styles/sizes available to try on in store. Diana and her team made it a really nice and easy experience.

Guide shop for on line site. Checked out sizes for fit and fabrics. Purchased 1 grand suit 25% discount! Also tie shirt and socks! All came in 3 days for off site downstairs alterations ready in 3 days after that. Sharp set up with lots of compliments!!.

Bought a few jetsetter shirts a year ago and specifically asked about whether they would shrink in the sleeves. The guy told me no not at all but here I am one year later with sleeves about an 0.75in too short. Staff do not have the proper knowledge about the clothes.

Yikes. The staff completely ignored me as I entered when no other customers were in the store. (They were just sitting at the customer side of the counter talking...I didn't even think they were staff...) After looking at a number of items, the two guys finally decided to acknowledge me.
I attempted to purchase a dress shirt here to go along with my already purchased suit, but they did not carry any of their inventory in store. Walked away empty handed and took my business elsewhere. (really didn't want to reward their neglect with an easy sale anyway...) Bonobos has great suits, but I can't recommend this location.

Called before making a trip to the store. Looking for golf pants. Told to come in to try on sizes. Upon arrival was ignored by the staff. Then told that they didn’t have the size nor fit that I was looking for to try on. What’s the purpose of having multiple different fits if you’re on able to try them on. Also be aware that they do not carry stock and will ship items in 3-5 business days. Very disappointed
