ALO YOGA in Oakbrook holds a special place in my heart, and it's easy to see why. As a former resident of The Commons across the street, my boyfriend and I found ourselves frequenting this fantastic store. Now that we've moved to Naperville, I can't help but miss our weekly visits to ALO – it truly became a cherished part of our routine.

The team at ALO is not only knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly helpful and accommodating. workers are super rude and profile you. i bought a $200 set but at the last minute wanted to exchange for another color. the blonde girl up front tried to tell me it was the same price (it was cheaper, but i actually only cared about the color) and then went on to take two other customers while this interaction was still happening. so she basically tried to paint me out as poor, and then was also wrong. double flop.

I had surgery a few weeks ago and had gotten clearance to start working out again so long as I wore compression clothing. Went to Alo planning on getting an entirely new workout wardrobe and was not greeted by a single employee and instead was looked up and down and ignored. Instead went to Vuori and Athleta and spent over a grand on new apparel. Will not shop at this Alo ever again.

Such cute clothing line. Wanted to love it. Bought a $128 Toasted Almond Accolade Hoodie for my daughter when they had the 30% off sale. We washed it twice and line dried it both times. Pilling popped up all over the sweater. So disappointing. I till it back to the store and they told me that they recommend not drying it even though I told her twice that I line dry all my sweaters. So not helpful. The quality is so disappointing. Really did want to live the brand.

ALO is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I bought sweat pants back in September. The order was wrong so I shipped them back for a refund. Over a month goes by and I never get my refund so I contact the company and they give me the go around that they have to wait for a confirmation from the warehouse that they got the order back before I can get a refund, even though I received an email saying my package has been delivered back to them not even a week after I shipped it back. So as of now I have no sweatpants and they are keeping my money and refuse to pay me back or even verify that they received my package. In my opinion if you don't want to deal with the headache of this horrible poorly managed company I suggest shopping elsewhere! I recommend Nike?

overall products in store were great. However, customer service is bad. Most workers rather talk to each other instead of helping the customers. Literally the workers standing in front of the store too.

I purchased a $130 sweatshirt here that I loved. One wash and it shrunk 2 inches. I went back and forth with Alo customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. And of course there was no option for me to leave a review of the item online. (Sorry Oakbrook, but this is the location I bought it and the only way I know to leave a review). I also purchased the retro socks and same thing, shrunk terribly. I sent photos of both items for proof and they did nothing. This company does not stand by their products. I don’t mind paying a premium for a quality item, but not to a company who doesn’t care once the money is exchanged. I’ll continue my shopping at Lulu.

The extreme mean girl energy from all of the employees was disgusting. They also do not acknowledge any black individuals that are shopping in the store and only greeted, assisted, and took care of the white customers. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment or make any online purchases ever again.
