Went in for my first pair of Allbirds this past week. Super helpful staff, let me try on several pairs and didn't push me towards any specific kind. The saleswoman that helped me was exceptional.
I've been wearing the Men's Wool Runner every day since and walked about 10 miles in them so far. Feels so comfortable and secure and keeps me warm in the winter. I'll definitely be buying from Allbirds and this store again!

More importantly, she’s super nice, friendly and HELPFUL!
I came in to return an online pair of Allbirds that weren’t too comfy but left with 3 super-comfy ones along with multiple pairs of super soft socks… why?!

When visiting Allbirds of Oakbrook, Upon entering I was greeted right away. Such a friendly staff. The acknowledgment, effort & assistance was very engaging. I appreciated the guidance. Very satisfied with all interactions & purchase. Thank you Allbirds of Oakbrook!

I visited the shoe store around 1:30 this afternoon in search of black everyday shoes. Upon entering, the gentleman working there barely acknowledged us, engrossed in his laptop. Despite walking around the store, he made no effort to assist or engage with us. As someone in sales myself, I was surprised by his lack of interest in helping customers. It was my first time in the store, and I would have appreciated some guidance on the brand. Disappointingly, we left without any interaction or farewell from him. Unless one knows precisely what they want, I would not rely on his assistance. Perhaps the store should consider hiring a more attentive salesperson.

Never have I felt more disrespected in my life than when I went to this location. I wanted to get some new shoes with my friends and I overheard the manager call us suspicious and told one of her workers to kick us out. Oakbrook had a lot of profiling issues and as a stockholder of allbirds I am disgusted

Very disappointed with this store. I am a stock holder that has seen my stock decline drastically and then to get poor treatment at the store is a deal breaker. I went to buy three pairs of shoes and was told an online offer was not available in store and could take up to a week for an email to process....what??? My family and I have been big supporters of this brand, but they need to understand customer service better.
