Good spot to visit vs just shopping online. Fitting rooms were awesome. Good selections and most sizes were available. Staff was helpful and I ended up buying more than I anticipated!

Great clothes and a great location. One of my favorite malls in general, but the workers here are nice too. Some of the older workers who started there aren’t there anymore but the new store manager is great.

Great clothing options for children. Horrible customer service at this location. Walked in no acknowledgement and ignored my entire visit. Two of the employees were standing around being smug & terrible representatives. During checkout I mentioned how my son and felt ignored. Workers couldn’t care less. Online shopping is much more enjoyable. Visit date 3/1/24 at 11am.

I had the most amazing shopping experience here at Abercrombie & it was all due to an associate who happens to be the manager. I didn’t even find that out till later because of another associate that told me because I was so enamored by Daisy’s professionalism. Walking into the store I was extremely impressed by the layout & the collection!! The store was clean, very well organized & managed well. I walked over to Daisy with a question & she ended up dressing me for an event that I have coming up! It’s funny because I had very little time but, with all of Daisy’s style & expertise she made my shopping so much easier & prompt! With very little time to waste. she just made my experience upbeat & fun so much so, till I will be returning to shop here more often!Thank you for hiring such friendly, kind, sharp, knowledgeable associates that go above & beyond the call of duty! That’s what Daisy did for me here at Abercrombie in Oakbrook! I highly recommend this store & tell them Nathan sent you!

Horrible customer service... Manger on duty refused my return my items due to now having a receipt.... didn't even try to offer me a store credit. Ask an employee for help literally told me we don't have it didn't Even offer to call another location. Worst experience ever.

They have a really nice selection of women's jeans. The men's section is a little lean but i did find a couple of shirts that I like! Prices were good too... 2 shirts for 60 bucks. No worries at a and f. ?

Typical over priced store all Chinese rebranded clothing. Can buy 99% of the clothes on Amazon for a 1/4 of the price
