“I used scan and go for the first time cuz the lines were ridiculous and it saved me at least a half hour very nice store the ones closer to me didn't have what I needed I had to run out to Northlake to get what I needed”
“One of the best places to get gas, they are always the lowest in cost. But avoid this gas station on the weekend, it gets super crowded and the wait could be longer that the savings are worth.”

Yesterday shopping for my wife without my Membership Card, I went to the Membership Services Counter for a temporary pass! I got much more than I could have ever asked for!
Mary was at the counter and greeted me with a stately smile! I have to call her “Saint Mary” because the Spirit of God, illuminated her beautiful stature and divinely appointed “Gift of Hospitality!” Sam’s Club naturally possessed the Gift of Mary, right out of Scripture!
She was more than professional, Knowledgeable and a pure joy to be of service! She was dressed like a Wall Street Executive and her beautiful sky blue business suit matched her beautiful blue, German, Irish eyes! We joyfully shared mutual thoughts and observations!
Sam Walton’s Legacy lives on through “Saint Mary” at Sam’s Club Number 6384 in Hodgkins, Illinois! Mary Sealed the Deal With a Hug! Mary made a loyal customer for life!
The value of my Membership at Sam’s Club exceeded the value of “Rodeo Drive” and Chicago Gold Coast” Retailers! You cannot put a price on “Mary’s Personal Touch”! Mary is second to none!
On my way out of the Warehouse I spoke to Adrian the Club’s General Manager and had to commend him on his exceptional leadership and management skills! I told him that no ordinary manager could manage a star like “Saint Mary of Hodgkins”!
I have 53 years experience at Military Leadership and 47 years experience a Retail Management! I know talent when I see it!

Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”

Today the girl was sullen and when I asked why her screen was not showing the prices as she scanned the items, I got no response at all. Makes me want to continue to shop online”

I was at a total loss on how to do that and ready to cancel the whole procedure. Instead Debbie, in customer service, went out of her way help me. She even had me bring my items for purchase to her and she demonstrated the process of how to check them out. She was extremely patient and courteous. I couldn't have done it without her help.”

“Who doesn't love Costco? Trader Joe's will always be my fav store but Costco comes in as a close second. This Costco is a goodie! The store is HUGE (like usual) with tonsssss of parking outside. It's clean inside and has a plethora of options from clothing to food to seasonal decor to electronics to appliances to way more. I absolutely love Kirkland products and get a ton of them when I'm here. The samples and food court are obviously the best parts of a Costco run ;) My favorite products from Costco: street corn dip, Kirkland individual hummuses, buffalo chicken dip, their frozen 6.5lb chicken breast, their 100 calorie Healthy Choice fudge bars, and basically all of their catered options like their mini cut wraps, salads, and sandwiches. My favorite thing at the food court is their chocolate swirl or strawberry swirl ice cream. I loveeeee their pizza, too! The prices here for everything are unbeatable. This Costco is location is probably the busiest I've ever been to. The parking lot can get crazy and the checkout lines can get long, too. The gas lines outside are the longest most hectic thing ever, but it's worth the wait for the cheaper gas. Overall I will always love Costco and this is a good location!”

“This place is a gift to have nearby! Large inventory in stock, not having to wait or pay shipping costs was amazing. The young woman in the showroom was also very helpful and exactly the kind of employee a business owner can be proud of. Although I GREATLY appreciate not having the pushy sales vibe trying to earn commissions and squeeze every dollar out of customers, the only area I saw for improvement would be upselling can actually be a good thing. I bought portable display cases and forgot to buy the protective bags! That’s 100% my fault, but a soft, “we also have fitted bags for these cases to protect them from scratches” is a win-win for the business and customer (educating me on a beneficial accessory in case I wasn’t aware of it and saving me an hour trip coming back). But again, I don’t mean that as a negative experience at all. It’s simply the only area I saw for improvement, so this is a great business!”

“After being nagged by a friend & shopping with family, I decided to join the club. This is my local Costco & after having gone more times than I care to admit, it's time for a review. Returns? Expect a line. But if you know, you know - Costco has a stellar return policy. Other lines? They look worse than they actually are. (To clarify, I don't shop on weekends.) I've seen the age old question, "Does a single person need a Costco membership?" Yes, yes you do. I HATE running out of anything. Even for toiletries & cleaning supplies, you can expect to save quite a bit - just prepare to play Tetris with storing some of the items. They have delicious frozen items - burgers, veggies, shrimp, etc. I'll also buy my coffee here. Other items such as gummy vitamins, windshield wipers, Pyrex food storage - it's all here. The value of a membership cannot be understated. I've stopped buying burgers out because their options are amazing. Bread / bagels / buns? Split the bag in half & shove the rest in the freezer. I have also ordered a noise cancelling headset online & was able to get a price adjustment easily. Oh & snacks... do not forget the snacks. The icing on the cake is self-check out & grabbing a slice of pizza on the way out. Do yourself a favor & shop here. They'll even let you return the membership if you're unsatisfied.”
