We were expecting more from Verizon! Employee opened the store at 11am, and he was literally still asleep. We had to wake him up couple times to make sure he was listening to us! He smelled like weed. Definitely Verizon is not the same anymore! What are the background checks they are doing to the employees?

Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!

I had help with my phone messing up and my voice message box was full even though I had one message and texts saying they weren’t going through and Marco was super helpful! He answered many other questions and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help! Ask for Marco!

In person service was great. I was able to upgrade my line easily. HOWEVER, I was supposed to get a credit for my trade in. That is not showing up on any of my documents saying I traded in the phone. They also changed one of my plans from a "Just Kids" line to a regular line. Only one line was supposed to change. I lost all of my added benefits for the just kids plan. Very frustrating to have a positive experience in the store and was told one thing and now have to make all kinds of changes again

Absolutely worst Verizon authorized dealer. Try to give me a open box for a new phone. Then told me “to bad that’s all we have” kept asking for my pin but when I reused since it wasn’t a new phone he got very frustrated. Snatched the phone out of my hand then canceled my order which he had absolutely no authority to do so. Made me spend a hour at a different location due to cancellation. AVOIDDDDDDDDD

THEY ARE Thieves!!!!! Do not do business here!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would, we did a trade in promotion and were supposed to get a 1000 dollar credit for the phone that was being treaded in but the associate (Daniel) who processed us didn't put us as a trade in he marked it down as a new phone and kept the Phone so now we Are out 1000 dollars, Doug Voosten the manager told us to kick rocks and said he's not Helping us.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are THIEVES and LIARS will steal your phone if you are trading it in. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon back in September and I was suppose to get a credit for trading in my phone and still have not received anything. I literally am on the phone with Verizon every month getting the run around and contacted the "owner" who supposedly says he has no record of a trade in and the guys who helped me no longer work there and there is nothing they can do. They stole my excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!!!

This has been my go to store but I will not be going here anymore. The prices have really gone up so much. They charge you for switching all of your info to the new phone without telling you. The accessories are so overpriced and are defective/don’t work sometimes. Some sales reps are so rude to customers. Such a shame

Be careful what Sean says and does. In a couple words: I try to upgrade my phone to a new one. The amount that remained to be paid for the old phone is $700. Sean said we're trade the phone, I pay $176 for a new phone (activation) and the Verizon will forgive me $700, which I have to pay for the old phone. I said yes. In fact: I trade the phone, paid $176, and see $705 on my account that I have to pay for the old phone. He activated me a $800 credit promotion, and my monthly payment will be reduced by $22. I didn't ask him to do that. He did it without my knowledge. And he says that's exactly what I asked for. My wife was around and heard everything. Sean is a very bad consultant. Check what he says and what he's trying to sell to you. And now I have to contact Verizon costumer service every 2 days spend 1-2 hours to fix that problem.Sean said that his supervisor will call me back, but he never did. Pretty sure supervisor doesn’t even know about this.

Around 3 pm. 10/13/2022. very unfriendly attitude from the employee. when I asked to re-explain something, he said "I already explained". then when I found the price high for myself, he said that this is what it is and later showing the door asked to leave if we don’t like it. his loud and pathetic laughter is very pathological and threatening.
