Second time purchasing from this store and Im not coming back, no matter what!
First time in 2020... I bought a sectional sofa that had a 30% discount, but later, I found out that the sofa was used, and that they sold me a returned item without letting me know!! The sofa had several small stitches with same color of the sofa (which were difficult to spot when I did the purchase) and was super dirty between the couches (dirt, piece of papers and dog's hair). I called to report the issue and the only thing they could do was to send a professional to clean my sofas.
This time 2024, they were supposed to deliver a bedroom tomorrow 10/24. They confirmed this morning for delivery anda few hours later, they called saying that it was going to be delayed until Nov 1st, and that was an estimate. If not delivered by then, Im cancelling the order with this people.
Im not coming back here!
