I bought paint n wanted to return it but had to talk to manager since it was from a commercial store n this store I guess wasn't commercial.. I walk in , the manager opened the box n says its expired sorry I can't do nothing about it .. thn I look at the date of sale n the date of expiration n it's only few weeks difference .I walk back in and the Manger JOE literally has a smirk n starts laughing at me asking me in a stupid tone what u want me to do...n I said I don't have to buy paint n use it the same day or week- the box was closed n you could see that...He didn't give a sheet n walked away....Then BEN a guy with black dark ponytail asks me to give him the receipt he thn grabs the phone n starts calling a different store where I bought it from , So thn all of the sudden MR.MANAGER grabs the phone n starts calling the store as well ( now he's trying to be good MR.Manage......Ben solves the issue he called the store -gave m my phone number .....GREAT GUY BEN....Meanwhile Mr Manger who was supoose to help me since he only can't write a check back since I paid check- ignores me laughs at me n walked away..

I wanted to buy and match paint color in this store -for Stucco, brick, masonry and the man looked at me like I wanted something special.....I was shocked that the gentleman had no idea this color even existed. I think it was the store manager !!!! I had to go to buy this paint from Home Depot ,there are more professional workers....

After shopping at this store and comparing quality and SERVICE, will never buy paint somewhere else, forget about waiting in line for cheap paint at big hardware stores.

First time in this store and was immediately greated by a gal named Nancy the store MGR. Her customer service skills are outstanding!!! She is an asset to Sherwin-Williams and I hope they know this. I will not buy my paint anywhere else. Thank you Nancy!!!!

I had a great experience at this location. Was able to find exactly what I needed and the staff was super helpful as soon as I walked through the door. Would recommend coming here for all of your paint needs!

Great Customer Service! Curbside pickup was explained and I received a wealth of information from Nancy; I'm confident now in repainting all 4 bedrooms of my house and definitely will be back !

First and last time visiting this store. So I will say that we are in the middle of a pandemic with COVID-19, but that's no reason to give people attitude and treat them like trash. Since we are going to be home bound for a while, we decided to catch up on some home improvements and came out to buy paint. We heard that Sherwin-Williams was the best so we decided to give it a shot. We've always just bought paint at other home improvement stores. We were "greeted" buy a girl yelling behind that counter saying, "don't cross the tape!?" Well "hello" to you too !? I told her they should put a sign saying "STOP, please don't cross the tape". Then we were approached by a snobby kid asking us if we knew what we wanted. He was helpful but completely snobby the whole time...I told you we've never been here before kid !?! My husband leans a little over the table at the front to show the kid the paint we were thinking about, and he then receives a TEXT from the girl behind the counter saying , "tell him NOT to lean on the table," really? A text ? We then get "shamed" for asking what Captivate paint means. She chimes in and says, "oh that's our cheapest paint, with poor quality". Why someone would ever speak poorly of their own product, I don't know... They wrote down our credit card number without even giving us the total and asked us to go sit in our car, like little kids. She said the paint would be brought out to us. That they'd knock on the window. NEVER again...not for THIS price !? We'll take our business to another Sherwin-Williams for sure.

The person was very nice and helpful but I was not recommended any primer which I didn't know I needed. Home Depot places a sample of the color on the lid of the gallon and some mixers but that was not the case here.
