She was very patient with me and took the time to actually listen to what I wanted/needed. I didn't feel rushed at all, and she answered every question I had. “Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!”
