Bad service by the on on North Ave. Lies by adding hidden fees. Had to call the police for this.Lost time and monet. It's better to go somewhere else. In few words, be careful.

I was in here a couple days ago to open another line on my family plan, the Spanish gentleman who worked here was extremely polite, professional and outgoing. He politely multitask taking care of me and several customers all at the same time while keeping us extremely entertained by his Charming personality and knowledge. I'm not very tech savvy and I find technology extremely difficult to understand. This gentleman took the time to patiently help me. I left the store feeling extremely happy and confident with my purchase and my plan. Thank you for having great employees that value their jobs and customers. People like him shouldn't go unnoticed and should be recognized. I will be back in your store very soon, and I highly recommend to others.
