Great secure, clean and up to date storage lockers. Scott the manager in charge of the North Lake Metro Storage location, is a great guy to know and talk to if you have any issues or problems. Wish all managers were like him. Keep up the great work Scott and keep in touch.

So Scott is a good guy, but sadly a customer came in honking his horn my van was in his way, I went out to move it, then the fireworks started, that customer came into the building where I was and Scott just said I told him to move it, it shouldn't have been there. The other customer threw a punch, I'm really glad he didn't hit me because I'm a 55 year old retired Army very, also disabled.
Although Scott has no control over customers, he didn't have to throw me under the bus, which in turn made me worry because I was going to store my equipment there, but that customer made it clear I wasn't welcome, and sort of felt the same way about the employee.
So thanks for nothing, I am not blaming Scott, but it made me feel very uncomfortable, so I left, when Scott should have made the man leave.
So my business will never be with this company.
