Francois was very helpful and every time I changed my mind or asked questions he was attentive. Since my mom could not be there to sample the mattresses he made sure I was satisfied with my final pick and even pulled out the tape measure so I was sure of the box spring height. He was very empathetic with my situation and the story behind my purchase. It meant a lot to me to have that type of service. By the way she loves the mattress and the height was perfect. Thank you!! ?

Kevin was awesome! This wasn’t normally the store he worked at, but he did his best to help inform my husband and I about these mattresses. He helped us choose what’s best for us and was extremely helpful. We did come in close to closing time but it wasn’t an issue for him. Thanks again for the help!

Service was great and Ihave high expectations! Lauren was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told her that back support was high on my list and she took note of the support as I lay on each mattress. She first asked my thoughts and then shared what she noticed. It was incredibly helpful!

Had a great time looking for a new Mattress and an adjustable base. We worked with Jon Ross who is the best thing since sliced bread ?. Super easy to work with, even waited after normal store hours to help us finalize our decision on a Mattress and base. Glad we came here!
