Jenny Santos is sweet and kind, and a exceptionally knowledgeable professional who has helped me with complex tax concerns.She always has found me the correct answers and works until she gets the job done right.Her franchise owner should greatly also appreciate her working in those cold Walmarts like she does that was the only bad part of it seeing her sit there so cold and working her butt off !! I went to do my taxes at the Jackson Hewitt located in the Northlake Walmart. Christine helped me, she was very nice and professional! She answered all my questions and explained everything throughly, i will definitely be going back & will be referring friends and family! Thank you Christine!
