I came in to pay my bill earlier today. The young lady Amanda that worked there was very helpful and friendly. She was very patient with me and took the time to actually listen to what I wanted/needed. I didn't feel rushed at all, and she answered every question I had. She showed me some different phones and accessories for my upgrade. If anyone decides to go here, I'd definitely ask for Amanda!
