“Pre pandemic I used to go play dnd at the adventure league event. I miss that. The energy seems to have shifted as I don't believe the people running the event are the same. Definitely where I go for dnd books and dice still, and its fun to walk around to look at things. I loved observing the warhammer event. It looked like every one who participates in the events enjoys them a lot. Its a great hub for the nerdy members of the community!”
“This place is amazing! I binge watched all 4 toy story movies with my 2yr old daughter in 2 days and the first thing we see is Buzz Lightyear as soon as we walked in. Instant purchase among other great items they have as well as pre-orders. Coolest owner as well, always a pleasure doing business.”

“This is the 3rd place I’ve been looking for and the closest thing I have found to my nostalgic 90’s comic book store I grew up with. A place where staff- get this actually interact with you. It’s refreshing- they have great stock, the name is badass, & the vibes are great.I love that the first time I was in the store and Wes Anderson’s, Fantastic Mr Fox was playing and the quote “But In The End, He's Just Another Dead Rat In A Garbage Pail Behind A Chinese Restaurant." was muttered in the background. I chuckled and contained on to enjoying every moment I was in there. Keep it up guys!”
“I have shopped here for my granddaughters for years and they always have a very large selection of education and fun toys. Gift wrapping is for free and the prices are very reasonable. “My nephew Enzo is visiting from California to spend his 14th Birthday in Chicago. We attended the Lego Convention then we went to Woodfield to search for a specific set but couldn’t find it there. The wonderful Manager at Woodfield called the Northbrook location and we were able to order the set my Nephew Enzo was looking for. We arrived at the Lego Store in Northbrook and felt very Welcomed by the staff:Mery, Elizabeth and Cameron made my nephew’s day. “This place was STACKED, absolutely jammed with great stuff. I could've been in there for a longer time, but they were doing good business that day so I had to get in and out. I got way more than I thought I'd want to get. The prices are exactly what I had in mind. The owner was really friendly. Extra points (six stars, if I could) for his kindness to my dog. I just happened to be walking by and didn't have anywhere to put him and he's too little to tie up. I asked the owner if I could just hold onto my dog. The owner said yes, of course, and was super-nice and funny about it. I'll be back sans dog to spend more time in there. Thanks so much.”

Tons of action figures, Funko pops, collectibles and more. Super friendly guy behind the counter who took great care of me. This place maximizes every inch of their store and wastes no space at all. Could have spent a lot of time combing thru everything.”
“This was my first time visiting Build-a-Bear at Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and it was a great experience! The employee that helped me build my bear was super friendly and so very kind. This location surprisingly had a decent selection of bears to choose from as well as clothes, accessories, and scents. They even had quite a few of the Sanrio characters too, which was nice to see. I actually prefer this location over the Woodfield one despite being smaller. My overall experience was just better and they actually had the items I came for, unlike the one at Woodfield, which never has any of the items they claim to have in stock on their website for some reason.”

“Went today to buy my baby some clothes. I was shocked with how organized and clean the store is. A lot of clothes were so cheap, I felt SO BLESSED. They have plenty of books and shoes The guy that works there is very kind. Reading the comments seems like people are not happy with selling stuff here. I mean this store is trying to sell affordable stuff why would you want a lot of $ for used stuff, don’t make no sense. I’d definitely come back!!!!”
“Love the premise. In practice, not as effective as I would like.Mighty Nest purports to send you one item a month to help you change over to something more environmentally conscious. Unfortunately, in reality, the items they have are mostly junk that clutters your counters, cabinets, drawers, or what have you. Anything more useful ends up not available for your "surprise" item. You can choose the item you can receive, but those choices are vary limited, repetitive, and anything good ends up with an added premium price, usually exorbitant.What makes it worth 4 stars is the added available items that you can shop for. For example, I can get Mrs. Murphy's products that are hard to get and more expensive elsewhere, like limited, seasonal scents in bar soaps and dishwashing liquids, at good prices for far longer that at other sites. Might Nest does offer a few products I haven't seen elsewhere. they also allow you to add your preferred products as a subscription at no additional postage to your monthly package.One more benefit: you can change your shipping date at any time. Just remember to do this if you need to or if you don't care for the items on your list of choices.So, if you choose to sign up, just be aware of the caveats and check in regularly.”

We bought so many great thing's that you can't really appreciate unless you see them in person.
